I go to this Taco Bell often. I’ve never once had an issue with them. They always get my order right. However they do need to learn more about their ingredients as one time I said No avocado and they said«so no ranch but you still want the guacamole right?» Umm no. I don’t want avocado. Guacamole is avocado. Anyway other than that one occasion they’re a great place to eat. I love going here.

Aaliyah. Where are the 2 Cheesy Bean and Rice Burritos that I ordered AND paid for? You have terrible customer service skills. You made me feel like I bothered you by being in your drive through line. I asked you if you gave me all of my order and you said yes. I know now, to double check on my own. I called the store to complain, but the line has been busy for the last 20 minutes.

Not sure who they hired But after FOUR attempts for a correct order… still not right? Learn between CHIPOTLE sauce and QUESADILLA Sauce. Seriously. Get your shit together. Guy at drive thru. Yikes Seriously. You’ve lost our business.

Hmm, after reading some pretty bad stuff on here about this location, I’ve decided to try them out myself. I am glad I did. I am a fan! I gave it a 4 star. When we arrived, the place was very clean and got the impression that this location was very well taken care of. As we walked in we were greeted by a cashier named PAUL. He was a very cheerful employee… Paul was very helpful in helping me determine what to eat. I could not find the Fresco menu but he explained that they do do Fresco meals, so that was very helpful. He even suggested a few options for my husband and child. I tried the Cantina bowl but never had the Corn-Salsa. Very helpful Paul brought me a small sample to try and I loved it! So, I ordered a Cantina bowl. The entire time we were ordering about 3 – 4 minutes, he was very patient, helpful and informative. While we were eating our meal, he surprised us(my family) with a brownie treat! Free of charge as a thank you for your service kind of treat. Wow! Amazing, my daughter loved it!(Brownie was all hers hahaha). Paul made our day and our experience worth while. We will be coming back. FYI: I wanted to give credit to the rest of the Taco Bell staff at this facility; they were friendly and you can tell they took pride in the work they did. I noticed alot of positive body language as I was waiting on my order of being pulled by Paul. The entire team was very cooperative/collaborative as well. Kudos for turning this place around…

1st they always get my Order wrong which is extremely hard to do cause I usually only get 3 tacos. 2nd when they do give me the right order they do things like just beef in the taco and forget the lettuce, cheese etc. To sum it up this Taco Bell sucks!

Food is normally good IF they can actually get it right on the first, sometimes second time. When they get it right the restaurant is great. Unfortunately they are not getting it right most of the time. Unfortunately it is the only taco bell that is close to my house.
