I wish I could give 0 stars, Panda Express is one of my old favorite places. I come for the orange chicken but this one is run horribly. The first issue I had was when I first walked in I was not greeted in any kind of way in fact I was ignored. One of the employees was 3 feet in front of me and still didn’t greet me. The second issue I had was she was very rude and did not want to answer my questions. I got my food and the rice was undercooked and the soda machine was broken. It was only pouring out foam. Horrible establishment and horrible customer service.

Small portions for the price — I think we are used to filling our bellies at other local Chinese buffets that we do kinda feel shorted. lol. We dined in, but the drive thru looked slow moving Service was quick and efficient. Much improved.

Food is usually decent for a quick meal. I never understand why they are always waiting on food to come from the kitchen, tonight I know why. They have one guy cleaning the bathrooms, 4 people working the service line and wait for it you guessed it one person trying to cook all the food. I am sure he is good at what he does, but if he were a iron chef he would not be here. Give That Man some help, you might just might increase the quality of your food all the while decreasing customer wait time for food that should always be ready to go. Go learn from chipotle on how to effectively prep and hold food and they turn twice as many orders.

We went at dinner time and they were out of rice, the server said they weren’t going to make anymore(odd since its dinner time). We ended up getting the chow mien, it tasted terrible. The noodles weren’t cooked all the way. They give small portions of their entrees and the walnut shrimp was mushy. The staff serving us was rude on top of it all. I will never go back to this panda again.

Mixed reviews but we tried it anyways. Adequate. Food was being prepared fresh. Little pricey but green bean chicken bowl was good. Had walnut shrimp with one or two pieces of walnuts with orange chicken and lukewarm fried rice. Spring rolls had a lot of ginger taste. Egg roll had better flavor. So my take was its good if you’re in the area and looking for something a little different but not sure I would make a special trip there.

The food was very good until I got to the bottom of my orange chicken bowl and discovered a fingernail mixed in with the rice! How could I tell white rice and a finger nail apart? That’s because as I was eating the rice and something thin and hard got caught in between my teeth, spitting it out to discover it was a fingernail! Needless to say… I won’t be going to this Panda again.

My husband and I were very hungry so we decided to go get something to eat that we felt like would be filling. I had my heart sat on some fried rice with a side of beef and chicken. We walked in at 11:04 they open at 11:00 so why did they only have 4 items done. Really! If you are not going to be able to have at least 3 quarters of your menu items available you need to open at a later time(12). I have never run across a restaurant that wasn’t ready to serve it’s customers when they opened. I blame management for this. I also blame myself because I looked at the reviews and still gave them a chance. Thankfully I was in an area where everyone else is ready to serve.

We got there at 450pm Wednesday. Almost all items were missing behind the counter. No orange chicken, no bejing beef, no nothing. So we ended up getting some steak thing which cost more money and had to get white rice as they were out of fried rice. Then when we checked out at the register, they were out of soy sauce. OK a Chinese restaurant or of soy sauce! ! You would think that people get off work at 5 pm and look for places to eat. So, don’t go here, people working here could care less and laugh in the kitchen area when they have no items for people to purchase. How slick… We ended up going to burger King after being disappointed at this dump

I waited 20 minutes behind one car for the girl to get me my order. I had string bean chicken with mixed veggies and there were literally two 1″ pieces of chicken in my $ 8 meal. So disappointed

My coworker ate here several times before I had the chance to join him, and he raved about it. I enjoy even mall Chinese food so I had higher expectations than I should have. I entered and was at the tail end of a very long line. I was immediately concerned about where we would sit because every table was filled, It is a small, industrial space with a Chinese Chipotle-style vibe with orange and chrome décor reminiscent of Hardees. I inched my way up to the counter in an incredibly slow moving line and I placed my order. Then I spied a small red roach like insect crawling all over the food area. I pointed it out to the server and she went and got someone else. It continued to crawl all over the counter so I pointed it out to those around me to explain why the line was no longer moving. Some people turned around and left, most did not. They smacked it with a napkin or something and it disappeared but no one wiped down the counter where it had been exploring. My companions had already gotten their food and were looking for a table. I told them about the roach/bug but apparently they were too hungry to care. I looked at the food and thought about it sitting there under heat lamps in big vats with red roaches and I just did not see the appeal of the place. In fairness, a bug can end up in the cleanest of restaurants — a customer could carry it in. But long, slow, lines, small dining area, fast food environment, prices too high for the small portions and quality would still lead me to the 2 star area, but the insect pushed me right into one star territory. Eat at your own risk, or maybe venture into one of the many other restaurants within a one minute walk.

Really unsatisfied with the drive thru customer service. The girl kept telling me she couldn’t hear me, but she kept saying it in a rude way like it was my fault she couldn’t hear me even though I was speaking as loudly as I could without actually yelling at her for being rude to me… plus the fact that when we got our food we got half the portions of everything… Never going to drive thru again…

We have been to Panda Express more times then we can count over the years! Our experiences at other locations have been like any other place, however eat this location everything is unsatisfactory. The last time we went to panda they were just opening so not all dishes were cooked(understandable) however it took them an hour to get us orange chicken, yes an hour! Today was worse: –The portion for the 2 entrée plate was the size of a kids meal not eaten yet(picture attached) –water all over the ground that was never cleaned the whole time we were there!(Picture attached) –they did not have chow mein, this is a staple for their plates and when we asked for chow mein the lady’s exact words were«you gon have to wait an hour or longer» sorry but please speak proper English! –Customer service there is the worst by far and I’m not a picky person when it comes to restaurants — lastly when we were walking out a young lady working there raised her voice and threw her arms up stating«what do you think your Doing» at a patron who was trying to step lightly over the messy water to get a drink I WOULDNOTRECOMMENDTHISLOCATION! We have given it a handful of chances and never once was it even«decent»

Whatever you do, do not go through the drive thru! I can’t understand why but they are SOSLOW! We were in line for a good 30 – 40 minutes the other day. Time we could have spent driving, sitting down, and getting our food at a more authentic Chinese restaurant. But panda was on our way home and it’s so easy. But go inside. Even if you are taking out. They might be faster inside(highly doubt it, times I’ve went inside it’s been the same thing … disorder and slow people) Not much to say about the food. It’s Chinese fast food. Sometimes good sometimes not so good. Their orange chicken seem to vary however in how spicy it is? Anyone else noticed that?

The food here is alright, but the service could not get any slower. I sat in the drive thru line for a full half hour before I finally got my food. I would’ve just turned out and left but their drive thru lane is tight and once you’re in, there is no getting out except going all the way through. Honestly, with a Chinese restaurant on every corner, most with food as good if not better, they will not see me again. The only reason they got anything more than 1 star from me is because their food doesn’t suck. But it’s definitely not worth a half hour wait!

Slow service, bad food! I was excited when I saw that this location was opening up right near my house, was so disappointed… I’ve seen lines out the door and cars wrapped around the building doubt because the foods that awesome service is SLOW! Even when you get your food in the dining area they are so backed up you can’t sit and enjoy your food too many ppl standing around waiting to get service.

Horrible food. No flavor, no texture, and it took 45 minutes to order(as well as ten minutes to prepare). There are better hole-in-the-wall joints in Hampton

I tend to shy away from a drive thru that doesn’t look like a drive thru… you know buildings that just have a window on the side. It makes you(ok me) feel like you’re(ok I’m) supposed to drive by slowly with your(ok OK, my) window open and the person at the window slings the food into your(FINE, my) car which may or may not be packaged properly running the risk of popping open and getting teriyaki sauce and fried rice all over your(whatever — MY) lap. Well, I sucked it up and tried the drive through. I had NEVER ever been to a Panda Express. They are the Taco Bell of the Asian Food world. Surprisingly though, I encountered a fellow Filipino Sista at the window who didn’t sling my food at me. Perhaps we bonded in that moment. I would have liked to stick around to see her sling some food in the windows behind me though. Whew, that was a monstrous digression. I ordered broccoli beef with fried rice. Keep in mind this is high noon, prime lunch hour — so it was unfortunately slow. Not to mention I always always always end up behind soccer mom ordering 25 meals for her team *insert major annoyed face here*. I get they’re hungry, but why is my timing always off. The food was good. Since my first visit, I have been back 3 other times — ordering the same thing of course. I am a creature of habit. Just remember these things: 1-The Taco Bell of Chinese Food. 2-Avoid during prime meal hours.

I don’t get the hype. It’s much better when you get it in the mall or in a place like that. I’ve eaten there for years in various malls and the NEX but this standalone isn’t working for me after a few attempts. The portions seem very small. It takes too long in the drive through during lunch. Not worth all the money you spend. You could find a buffet and eat crappy food but at least get more crappy food for your money. I was excited they opened but… nah. Normally when you go to them in a mall you get a plate that has a generous helping of food for the price. In the drive thru they suction it into tiny to-go containers and it seems like hardly any food at all for the money(more than $ 10).
