Hands down the best food on Hampton Beach! Burritos are one of the best I’ve ever had anywhere and the Acai bowls are unlike anything else in New England. We need more places like the Secret Spot

My husband and I both had a chicken wrap and they were really good! It’s basically a hole in the wall at the beach. a little pricey but it’s good food.

Excellent smoothies and wraps. I like the One Love smoothie &buffalo chicken wrap. Great staff. Often playing reggae music. Perfect beach spot. Sit on the deck and take it all in.

Seriously the best food on Hampton Beach! I’ve had the buffalo chicken wrap, chicken salad wrap, and honey mustard chicken wrap and all were just right! Full of flavor and were nice and large! My kids shared a wrap and were full after each having half. I bought them each a whole one so now I have my lunch for tomorrow all set… SCORE!
Definitely coming here for breakfast burritos and smoothies soon.

Tacos should never have rice in them. As if that isn’t bad enough, the rice was overcooked mush. The chicken tasted like canned tuna. I gave this place two chances, but I won’t be back.

Salads are good smoothies amazing. Be prepared to pay 13 – 15 dollars for a salad and 10 for a smoothie.
But def one of the only «healthy» places to eat around here.

I saw the comment about the rice tasting like uncle bens rice so instead I opted for a chicken burrito with no rice, extra lettuce, avocado, and hot sauce. It was really fresh and delicious ! I will be coming back here for sure. Looking forward to trying a smoothie, there are plenty of options!

I came in here on a hot day, 8 months pregnant asking for a cup of ice and the guy was super rude and clearly thought he was too cool… telling me you have to buy a drink if you want ice. Had he been courteous, i would have been happy to buy a soda (even though the only options were junky and full of preservatives). We are up here surfing a lot… never going to this place again.

Well I’ve tried to eat here numerous times but they never have fish for fish tacos. So today I said ok that’s fine I’ll have a burrito. They aren’t serving those. So this has a 2 star review because they never have the advertised food and I hate waiting in line for 15 minutes to find out they don’t have any off the food on the menu. A simple sign before I waited all that time would have been nice.

Just a quick review.
Had a beer and the lobster pie. beer was good and cold. the lobster pie was just OK and had an oily residue at the bottom of it — cheap butter or maybe fake butter ??
It was an ok meal and the server was great. I might eat here again if i’m in the area.

Went here before watching The Offspring last night. Great food. Awesome service!
I placed an order for a grilled chicken caesar in a whole wheat wrap. I pay the guy and i’m about to walk away to grab two seats outdoors (thinking I have a few mins. to wait for the food), but before I even sign the receipt my wrap was on the counter waiting for me! These guys are fast! The chicken caesar wrap was delicious. Although I think I’ll ask to leave out the tomatoes next time :) I’ll definitely be stopping by again soon.

Solid spot to go for a post beach run lunch. Love the surfing photos on the wall. Had the Hawaiian chicken wrap and the portion was huge so the $ 6.99 price made it a good value. Not a whole lot of room if you plan on eating in (not to mention if the weather is less than ideal then you won’t be eating in). Service was decent but not overly friendly but then again it’s halfway through the summer season so tourist fatigue is probably setting in at this point. Water’s are way overpriced and no soda fountain so again, that lends to this place being more of a order and take it home kind of place. I’ll go back when I’m at the beach but not the kind of place to seek out for lunch.

The Haddock burrito was mostly Uncle Bens Instant Rice and had like maybe 10% Haddock in it. It tasted like water and Uncle Bens Instant Rice.
The guy who cooked and handed it to me looked disheveled and obviously had no idea how to make a proper burrito.
I’ve had 4 $ burritos from hole in the wall places that tasted better than this garbage.
Note to owner: Don’t use Uncle Bens cheap rice in your burritos, it tastes bad and tell your chefs not make a burrito with 90% cheap rice. Before your burrito it had been ages since I tasted that cheap rice.
Might be time to switch rice and teach your chefs not to overload your burritos with rice.
Worst place to eat in all of Hampton.

It has a cool vibe, but it could be so much better. maybe i was having Cali flashbacks when I went in, but I had nothing but cold hard NH reality when I left.
The burritos are tasty, but small and overpriced. I think overpriced could be a general theme here. I know it’s on the beach, and a seasonal place, but,…enough with the excuses. Not to mention the staff and manager/​owner? were not exactly brimming with positive energy. Left me wishing I wanted to go back.

Acai Smoothies are out of this world, and good for you too. A Wrap & a smoothie = an awesome Beach Lunch. The food is great, the place is clean and the help is all really cool, best place to have lunch in the Hampton beach area.

The Secret Spot is a breath of fresh air! Great burritos and smoothies. What is especially interesting is the different sandwiches from around Latin America. The Chacarero, Chivito and the Churrasco to name a few. Can’t wait to go back!
