Just like any Starbucks chain it is average and for the drinks it took awhile to make

The baristas were nice, but this location needed cleanliness and more space. There was trash outside the door and in the parking lot. I read reviews about the dirty bathrooms; then again, which Starbucks doesn’t have a dirty bathroom? I wanted to get some work done before my next appointment this morning. However, it was impossible to sit at the empty tables along the windows because customers were standing in front of them while waiting for their drinks. It would be awkward for a line of booties to be in front of my face. I also noticed that people were sitting around without ordering. Next time, I’ll check out SBUX at B&N.

The bathroom situation needs some serious improvement. The toilet looks absolutely wretched, and probably hasn’t been cleaned in the past six months, and the lock on the door doesn’t work. Very disappointed in this Starbucks establishment.

I love this place, Ive never had a complaint about my coffee, the line does get long here and sometimes it seems like only 1 person is doing all the work! I wish there were comfier chairs in here, they’re wooden and make it hard to do some long studying or work.

I’d rather go to WaWa and get a caramel macchiato with extra expresso than the Coliseum Crossing Starbucks. Just when I thought Starbucks locations in the Hampton Roads Area were improving I happened upon the Coliseum Crossing location. Boy was I wrong. This place has polite associates but when it comes to making drinks… I’ll just say so much for Starbucks consistency. I ordered a triple grande caramel macchiato with extra sauce. Received a regular drink without the extras. Returned later and requested a remake. I am 100% certain this drink was made with less expresso than the first. In short, just not a good overall experience.

Professional barista’s that never fail to deliver an excellent product. The location leave something to be desired though. Parking can be somewhat challenging. Interior space is minimum. Not entirely their fault.

I adore Starbucks coffee so in comparison to the other shops this one is extremely slow and indeed lacks in customer service. A few issues I’ve dealt with are, getting skipped in line with no support from staff, receiving the incorrect order twice in a row with ill attitude, and an occasional impatient staff member working the cashier. Now with that being said, the actual quality of drinks are extremely well made in comparison with other Starbucks. As long as you have the patience, I do recommend this store.

All the baristas have always been friendly, fast and attentive every time I come here! Today they went above and beyond, I ordered a Pumpkin Spice frap but they heard me talking to another guest about their Caramel Mocha and how I wished I had ordered that instead, so my barista offered to make it! Awesome customer service :) thank you!

The baristas at this location are awesome. They are fascinated with my name. We laugh, we joke, we smile. I like that they have a bar area that I can sit and at and shoot the ish with them. My Tuesday mornings are great because of you.

First visit to this location. and I don’t like to be corrected in front of other customers. i ordered a large house coffee and the person behind the counter said you mean graunde, no I said large well we call it graunde. i don’t care what you call it I would like a large. i am 60 years of age and I don’t need a lesson in speaking. i won’t come back to this one store, I will try the star bucks inside the supermarkets, at least it’s a nicer atmosphere.

I’m sorry to do this. But this store is terrible. The menus are covered in spilled drinks somehow like someone got angry and threw drinks on it. Hard to read at register. The floors are grimy and dirty and do not look like they’ve been cleaned in the past couple weeks. There’s grime and dripped fluid on the cabinets and when you get close to the counter to pick up your purchase, it smells. Bad. It’s just terribly unkept. The cashier was lovely. And patient. My sandwich was warm. My iced drink did not have hardly any ice and it was warm. Weird. My friend’s iced latte with flavor didn’t have flavor and wasn’t mixed well. I love my Starbucks. Please help this location become great again.

Worst Starbucks around. They take forever doesn’t matter if you use mobile order or order in the place. I have been a few times now and very rarely get what I want or does it taste good. I thought that with the new mobile ordering it would be quicker but no even when you order they mess that up or forget to make your drink all together. If zero stars was possible I would. Avoid at all cost go to the location in target or make it at home.

Upon entering, I immediately ran to the bathroom. Hey, we were returning from a day trip and ummmmm… well anyway, after taking care of that little situation, I headed towards the register and there was only one person ahead of me. The cashier was bubbly and very friendly. My boyfriend and I ordered a cake pop for myself, and two caramel frapps for the both of us. While waiting, I noticed almost every seat was taken by my wifi family members who were busy on their laptops and tablets. However, the bar stools at the counter were all free. We waited a little more than 10 minutes for our frapps. I hadn’t been in a starbucks in a while, but I can clearly remember waiting longer periods at other locations which occurred mostly in the morning. On this day, there was only one person ahead of me who ordered coffee and it was in the early evening when we placed our order. Should we have received our frapps sooner? Maybe so… but then again, I’m no expert on exactly how long it takes to whip up a coffee and two frapps at Starbucks.

Always slow, and drinks aren’t the best. I’ve had a drink remade 3 times because they just couldn’t figure it out. It’s simple, iced caramel macchiato. It takes 15 minutes to get a drink. I now go to farm fresh Starbucks because they are much faster and taste like it should. I used to work for Starbucks and always cared about quality and was quick at making drinks correctly. So it’s hard for me not to jump behind bar and get everyone’s drinks out and retrain the baristas on do’s and dont’s. I see a lot of short cuts here.

I didn’t pay much mind to the reviews because some people are coffee snobs. But seriously, the wait times are ridiculous. With no sense of motivation behind the counter

It’s always busy but the customer service is great. For some reason everybody just goes here. They always make my drinks exactly how I want it. Sometimes they’d suggest a few ingredient additions which is awesome. It’s like you get your own drink recipe. If you really want your coffee that bad and you’re in a hurry, you better give your self a lot of allowance to make it to work/school/wherever on time ’cause this place is always packed… to me it’s a good thing that an establishment is busy though. It’s subjective.

I finally wrote corporate about the wait times. I usually give slack during peak hours and morning rush – but today I went in the evening. They had 2 registers open and had 2 people making drinks. That’s 4 people on the clock! There’s no excuse for wait times!!! From walking in the door to putting my hand on a drink, it was over 15 minutes. There were only 4 drink orders before me. I worship at the altar of Starbucks so I know in 15 minutes my hometown Starbucks can bang out 100 drinks in that time! Get it together 108. Other dramas: sweep the floors and fix the lock on the bathroom door. Okay, thanks! This is the only stand alone Starbucks by the beach so I seriously need them to get it together cause I’m not driving 20 minutes to another town for Starbucks! I think they take advantage of that fact because I think the only other stand alone is in Newport News.

Again horrible customer service. 5 people behind the counter. 4 people in line. No one taking orders. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting… watching them do everything but help customers. Stocking selves, cleaning, etc.

Despite not being that busy they were incredibly slow. The space itself is smaller than a typical Starbucks. They had two people working. One acted like he didn’t wanna be there(atypical for sbux). The other was friendly, but when I asked if they had any bananas she said that fruit is a «west coast thing.» Strange response.
