We moved to Hampton a couple years ago and this is our go-to spot for pizza, wings, and good beer. They are consistently good and the service is fantastic. The wings, specifically, are out of this world — my husband and I get cravings for them. Also, in a town of not many decent restaurants, they stand out big time.

Solid pizza. Good choice on Thursday nights. Large Pizza w/2 beers $ 20! Usually there its a local brewery and you get the glasses. Live music by local musicians — always enjoyable. Waitstaff pleasant.

Delicious pizza. Fun, funky atmosphere. Service can be a little slow at times, but the waitstaff makes up for it with personality.

A staple on our trip home to NJ from Ogunquit, this place is friendly, clean and DELICIOUS! Taco pizza. ‘Nuff said.

We go to Community Oven on average of once a week, sometimes the two of us, sometimes with any number of our teenage kids. We have tried nearly every pizza on the menu and have made some custom ones of our own. Without question the best pizza on the Seacoast. Always fresh ingredients cooked perfectly, friendly service and nice tap selection as well. My wife gets a house salad with a steak kabob and raves about it every time. We are pretty fussy foodies and when it’s time for a good pie there is no other choice in the area.

Sooooo much better than 900 degrees, supposedly the«best pizza in NH». Not so! Cheaper, fresher, better managed, larger beer selection, and not so crowded. Only tried the pizza, but I will be back as soon as I can for more!

I’m definitely«lovin’ the oven!» I’ve been here many many times and I have always had a great meal! I always sit on the bar side, the tables around the bar are all seat yourself and I love the casual atmosphere! Some Fridays they have live music too which we love! Their beer selection is vast and I always enjoy their seasonal sangrias! Go with«the big oven» pizza, you won’t be disappointed! The balsamic veggie, buffalo chicken, and BBQ chicken are all serious contenders with me as well! Their salads and kabobs are great too, I love the steak kabob with the horseradish dipping sauce, YUM!

Very noisy, but the gluten free pizza dough was great. I do assume there is cross contamination — I’ll have to ask next time. The person I was with said the regular pizza was the best in the area. Will definitely go back

Really great atmosphere. Great place for kids to watch the pizza preperation and open flame. Good beer selection. Food is so-so. There are too many spices/the incorrect blend of spices, for my taste. The crust is good. Salads are ok, very expensive, with a lot of dressing. Family friendly.

Pizza is by the best out of anywhere in the area along side the 180, adding this place to my lists of go to places.

Fantastic pizza and organic menu. Go to enjoy great food and feel great after. And go with time, as service is occasionally on the relaxed side.

5 stars for the food — 2 for the atmosphere Their pizza is AMAZING — really good The atmosphere sucks — half the bar is filled with the wait staff hanging out and waiting for the customers to leave so that they can go home. It has a very barren, sterile feel to it — Get your pizza to go

This is now out go to Pizza Place. We always enjoy the more unique and fancy pizza places and this place is the top. The specials are also different and very very good! Great open atmosphere so you can see them making everything. Have 2 very little kids and they love it too… Probably been there close to 10 times in the past year and had a different waitress everyone and every one of them has been awesome, friendly and fast… The draft list is great too with the standards and some more local and unique options. Would recommend them in a heart beat. I see some negative reviews about their plain cheese pizza. Never had it. Don’t think this is the right place for those die hard NY style pizza lovers.

My rating is based on take out orders. I honestly cannot understand what the appeal is at all. I’ve tried two things: 1. Strawberry salad with chicken kabob 2. Balsamic veggie pizza(small) I think the first thing that is wrong about this place are the prices. For my salad, I received some greens, a little bit of strawberries, cheese, and nuts with a handful of chicken. Chicken was dry and there was not that much of it. All of this added up to $ 15.00. It was so simple, so bland, and I was so disappointed by the small size of a 15.00 salad — AND it did not come with any bread! Needless to say, after eating my bird size salad, I was still left hungry and couldn’t fathom why I couldn’t munch on a piece of pizza dough to carry me over. Total disappointment. My second attempt was getting a pizza. I got it in small and received a thin crust balsamic veggie pizza — they put the balsamic reduction sauce on the side, and thank God for that. Do you guys know what a balsamic reduction is? It’s basically where you boil balsamic together with sugar until it has a syrupy consistency and you drizzle over salads and things like, in this case, a pizza. Well, the balsamic side they gave me, I found out after I drizzles it on my pizza — was straight up balsamic vinegar. Not reduced by even the slightest bit. The pizza was, again, bland. OK it has veggie and cheese and no sauce. I was expecting some sort of an amazing flavor to come through for 15.00 worth of a small pizza but there was nothing. And I again feel like I overpaid for a less than OK experience. I won’t be coming back. I’ve given this place 2 tries and have been disappointed both times. I’ll scope out other places in the area. Blah.

Got a simple cheese pizza it sucked, reminded me of ppl in las vegas trying to make a good tasting pizza. it doesnt happen. Who uses yellow cheese? Ill Never be back besides the inside is uncomfortable, booths r solid wood benches idk what the deal with décor is. the 2nd star is for the selection of draft beer but otherwise i’ll Pass

My only genuine complaint about this place is that it’s a tad spendy per person. I have tried a few of there pizzas already. The classic pepperoni and cheese, buffalo chicken and cheese pizza. I have never had this style of pizza before and it was just fantastic. Thin crust, wood fired goodness is used to make all their masterpieces with great local sodas available along with an excellent choice of draft beer. Would definitely recommend for people who have a little extra to spend for excellent food and service.

Sat on the bar side of the restaurant… Good spot to grab some fresh pizza and drinks if you’re around the area. Ordered spinach + artichoke dip; portion was HUGE. Chips that went with it were just OK, but the dip made up for it, and it was pretty great. My Mom and I made our own pizza and ordered a small which was more than enough for the both of us(especially after devouring the app!) I do have to say though, they kinda skimped on the pizza toppings which was a bummer. For drinks, tried one of their fish bowls(serves 2.) Wasn’t too sweet and was pretty strong, thumbs up for that.

I thought since I had a Taste of the Seacoast dining deal that I would give The Community Oven a second chance. I was equally disappointed in their inability to create a decent tasting pizza. Despite their fresh ingredients and beautiful brick oven the pizza was simply bland, off balanced, too cheesy, and under-sauced. I also tried the Blue Lobster Nut Brown Ale with the pie and that was an equal disappointment. My first attempt at homebrewing was better than that! I also don’t like the design of their booths. You can feel the knocks and vibrations of every move of people sitting two booths away. We had kids near us that made our benches feel like D-BOX seat at a movie theater. Update: Tough critic? Out of 87 reviews there are 77 with more stars than your place(Way more than half are 4 — 5 stars) My initial review was articulate and fair. I listed pros and cons. I even took a photo as proof that your pizza was cheap on the toppings. What I didn’t mention was that I took last week’s leftovers to work and the two co-workers that ate it also thought the pizza was subpar. I’m not alone with my opinion. And my nickname«Danger» is a name I’ve had since I was a kid. It’s nothing to do with my critical nature. You know want assuming does.
