Second time at this location and both solid. Location is great on Mercury and just off of 64 on the Hampton Newport News line.
Place was clean, service was friendly and food was hot and tasted good. The Allstar breakfast always hits the spot and is a variety of a waffle, meat, eggs and grits, or potatoes. Washed down with a tall chocolate milk and your ready to go. It’s a great feeder.
I would come back and considering that I am in the area at least ever month, or so probably will next month.

I was here Christmas morning for breakfast (don’t ask me why.) Breakfast was pretty good! Typical Waffle House, I love watching them cook the food. Ive always wondered how the cooks could remember the orders the waitress are screaming out to them.
Place was cozy like all Waffle Houses, service was good and food was tasty. Ill be back.

Waffles, chicken, and sweet tea! They executed each of these items decently. I can’t say I was impressed by the food, but honestly, the super friendly staff made up for it. I was able to sample the chicken biscuit, good. The waffles, eggs, and hash-browns were standard and I had no complaints there. Parking was easy on a Friday night at about 11pm. I’m sure once the partyrock crowd lets out, it would be a lot busier.

I love this waffle house! They told us to come back even though we played a loud and obnoxious game of quarters in their restaurant and made towers out of creamer packets. Can’t beat WH!

This was the worst resteraunt that I have been in!!! The service was terrible. The resteraunt is too small! Before we were finished eating, we were asked to hurry up. The manager sent another waitress over to the table to ask us to leave. When I asked to speak to the manager, the waitress went to get her, but she said she was too busy to speak.
This is a cheap resteraunt and my bill came to $ 40.00. So I was a paying customer.
I called customer service and filed a complaint and requested a call back. I have not heard from anyone. I called the corporate office and they said that they dont handle complaints. This was the worst experience ever!

I am a glutton for crappy places. yes the food is poor, yes your arms will be sticky with syrup from the previous customer, but who can beat a resteraunt that will still put flavors in your drinks. the secret here is the porkchops. you wouldnt believe it but they are tasty!

I LOVE this Waffle House!!! Our waitress Sammy had a great attitude and makes awesome sweet tea!
The staff here are friendly and do a good job. The prices are cheap and the hashbrowns are a must!!!

I don’t think anyone could honestly rate this as high as any actual restaurant while making an honest comparison. This location a long with all the others are incredibly small, very cheap, and terrible in food quality and taste. The service is usually ok but that doesn’t make up for everything else it is lacking. Don’t get me wrong, this place does serve its purpose, which is to be cheap all around, but open 24 hours. So if i were coming of a late night binge or a concert road trip would I go to this Waffle house? Of course. But for any other reason, no.

I hit this Waffle House twice when I was in Hampton for the weekend to see a bunch of Phish concerts. The place was hopping with hungry concertgoers, but the staff were very friendly, the food came out just as we ordered it and it really hit the spot. Yea, it’s greasy — it’s Waffle House! Don’t go there looking for healthy food. Go there looking for a delicious breakfast. We don’t have these up North and some delicious eggs, hash browns and raisin toast is the best after a night of partying.
