This tiny pizzeria shares a building with the local post office. We found it while out for a long drive, and we were looking for a place to stop to use the restroom and maybe have a snack. We weren’t expecting much from a place so small, but when we went in, the smell was mouth watering and the staff gave us a friendly greeting right away. The restroom turned out to be past the counter and through the kitchen, but they were very nice about letting me use it. We ordered a couple of plain slices, and we had to wait maybe 10 minutes while they made a fresh pie. But it was so worth it. The generous amounts of cheese oozed from the edges of the slices, the sauce tasted like the best homemade I’d ever had, and the crust was simply perfect. I can honestly say that was the best pizza I’ve had in recent memory. Maybe ever. Brad’s is truly a hidden gem. It may not look like much, but I can’t recommend it enough if you happen to be in the area.
