The staff here are legit! Top notch service and willing to go above and beyond even staying almost an hour after closing to make sure the order I totally messed up online was corrected. Gil helped me through my dumb mistake and even got me a better deal than online! I got top dollar for my trade in and only had to pay taxes on my iPhone 6s! With the money I saved I took advantage of their buy 3 accessories and save 20%. Thanks Gil and staff who had to stay overtime because I don’t pay attention to what I’m ordering online lol! Awesome job! Glad I switched from the«other guys»

I went in to have my broken screen cell phone apps, et al, transferred to my new phone and Luis Alvarez was amazingly patient and helpful. Not only did he contact at&t to help resolve my issues, replacement phone needed an update, but no big deal-showed me how them wrote sequence out for me to follow once at home! This experience was fabulous and why I stay with at&t for everything! Thank you at&t and Luis! You rock! Returned to at&t to have my ballistic screen protector put on, parking was a nightmare, ended up in the nearby field, but Carlos Cruz, assistant store manager, was a rock star! All of the service providers here seem to get the customer service part of retail! Wow, I was so happy with the help and professionalism, I can forgive the parking. The folks here are great, I am a happy customer of at&t.

I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Marie for such outstanding customer service! We stopped by today to pick up a new phone for mom. Marie took the time to review our entire bundle to make sure we were getting the best pricing. She was very helpful in choosing just the right phone and accessories. She was so in tune with our needs. She is an outstanding employee and I wish her only the best!

Wow We were greeted so friendly and enthousiastically by the male at the front and began to look at the 6+ and Note. The 6+ here was locked as well just like in Visalia(come on! Store PW then take the lock button off xD) my mom was geared more toward the note and started playing with it when Alycia came over. Just from watching her previous interaction nearby she seemed nice but wow. My mom asked a MILLION questions, and after a while so did I and my dad. She was not only attentive and patient but maintained a solid enthousiastic attitude durring the entire interaction. She was friendly and informative and went above and beyond to provide a great customer experience. One of the best experiences I’ve had at an ATT store. We were able to get my mom a mobile hotspot and they unfortunately were out of the 6+ for me, but they called the visalia and Tulare stores to check on the availibility there and of course they had them… But Alycia got her manager so we could voice our concerns and they both listened attentively and offered feedback appropriately. The manager explained that if we had any issues to call her and both of them gave up their business cards. I would highly reccommend this ATT to anyone in the 559 even if it may be a little bit of a drive. All of the employees seem happy and helpfull and its a confort to get good service, especially with how much we all pay for it. Its a relief to feel cared about as an individual and a customer and they pulled it off famously!

I went into this store looking to buy a modem… it took forever to get someone to help me, and when I finally did get help they told me that they were out of the modem and that rather than just coming into the store I should have called. They did not provide me w/any timeline of when they might be getting anymore modems, they only said call back everyday. So I went to Visalia AT&T on Mooney(next to BofA) and they had one
