If I can give this Verizon store 0 stars I would. I don’t usually write reviews, but this is too big of an issue for me to not write one. I’ve been lied to about my plan and I now pay $ 150 more than what I was told by the sales rep Sabrina. She was very unprofessional and was texting when talking to me, I asked about costs and fees in my contract and she did not answer one question but instead told me those costs didn’t matter and it was going to go away, so I trusted her but to find out that was not the case. I’ve tried to get a hold of her manager and others above her to straighten the problem out, to no avail. I love Verizon but this store and it could just be that one representative, put a bad taste to how I feel about Verizon. I’m from the Bay Area and have been to plenty of Verizon/alike and I’ve never had such a bad experience.

I moved to the the Central Valley a couple years ago from San Francisco and I’ve always had Verizon. They’ve been good to me, cost wise, customer service wise, I trusted them 100%. I walked into this store switching from a normal plan to the edge plan with the help of a sales representative Sabrina, and I figured she would help me with all the right deals. Come to find out my plan was not what she explained to me. I have been in the sales industry for 10 years. There’s that fine line of stretching the truth and then just truly absurd lies– just to get a sale. So I got the plan and as I noticed every month to pay my bill it is an extremely high price so I call Verizon to ask why my bill is so high and long story short, Sabrina lied and dishonorably sold me a plan and phone clearly with no ethics or professionalism. I would not recommend this verizon store to anyone. I thought Sabrina would be the best sales rep in there due to all the wonderful reviews she was getting, I was wrong.

I’ve personally purchased through this store. Yes, Sabrina is very unprofessional as a manager representing this company & very much lacks genuine customer service skills. With of course the extra«set up fees» this store deserves minus the 1 star I HAD to put on!

This place doesn’t deserve even one star. They deceived(lied to) us, won’t return our calls, and won’t refund our money. They aren’t Verizon like we thought and we are out hundreds of $$ because of their bad ethics!
