just a quick review bc sometimes we are only writing reviews when things aren’t so sweet. in this case I’ve been to this location twice. yesterday & today.
yesterday was good. today better. Dustin was tending the register AND the bar.
he’s just a lovely person. it wasn’t anything super special that he did– but he was genuinely nice in his interaction. totally appreciate his mannerism. thanks Dustin!
ps. he did get me a KIND bar from the stash they have put away. I know many times its simple to say, «sorry. we’re out.»

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
I was 10 minutes early to work so i thought i would stop by and get a quick drink. There was only two other customers and it took them 7 – 8 minutes to make my drink. Cool, now I’m late.
I got the double chocolate chip frappuccino and i don’t know what they did to it, but it tasted like gross chocolate milk.
Cool, now I’m late with a gross drink.

This is not my favorite Starbucks in Hanford. I find the staff to be cold and the seating to be too limited for a location with no drive thru option. The whole location just feels uninviting.
I have a tendency to avoid this place and go to the one on 12th.

I absolutely love love love Starbucks. Have been a faithful customer for years now. Its very clean and everyone is friendly and ready to make whatever you want. I go here about 2 or 3 times a week if not more. I go through the drive thru most of the time but sometimes I order inside and sit outside with family or friends and enjoy the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to everyone I know.

This is now my favorite Starbucks in Hanford. As of late, they have been getting my drinks spot on.
I typically don’t come here often, because it’s not that convenient… in other words, they have no drive-​thru and I am too lazy to get out of my car. Until now, I have been going to the Starbucks on 12th Ave.
My latest obsession is the Green Tea Frappucino w/​EXTRA caramel drizzle. My main gripe w/​the other location is that when I ask for ‘extra’ caramel drizzle, I am lucky if they even put any on it. It’s not the end of the world, but at $ 5.25 a drink you would think that they’d give me the extra caramel.
Anyways, when I order this drink here they make it right the first time. One of the drink makers is not friendly AT ALL, but she knows how to make a drink ;) she also looks like she’d spit in said drink if you made her mad… just kidding.
If you have time to spare, and aren’t lazy like me… skip the drive-​thru location and come here for a drink made right.

Walked in and was greeted very nicely. Also when I ordered the girl new exactly what I said I didn’t have to repeat myself. When I asked for caramel drizzle I GOT some caramel!!! It was a nice set up and I wasn’t over whelmed by the merch!

Not here for me! Girlfriend loves this place. The Good Bean is much better and more personable. Hanford needs a drive thru SB. Their coffee isn’t all that, and folks still come for the «hey I’m here» attention. Support your local coffee shops, coffee shouldn’t cost five bones.

I’m not going to put that it’s as good as it gets because for some of the products that they offer it isn’t. However for the fact that they are a corporate store and constantly trained on how to do what they do, the consistency makes me a fan. I love making my own strange drinks, and getting the staff into them too. My current go to for frappuccino season is a green tea frap, no milk, sub lemonade. I order it this was because they don’t normally use the frap base in blended lemonades, but the base adds something nice to the texture of the drink. I like the staff here, especially the store manager and the Japanese lady. And I like that those two are as much sticklers for procedure as I am and that it shows with the rest of the staff.

Overpriced coffee, I don’t like blended drinks, I don’t like burning myself on hot drinks, and I don’t like my coffee and tea iced all of the time. You can almost say that I’m screwed with Starbucks, but I tend to enjoy whatever I try from there. The people are usually pretty friendly, too. I love that environment of having ‘the usual’, although I’m not one of those regulars at all.
