Mountain Mikes Pizza

My first experience when the opened was not good. They were still learning how to bake the pizzas. The food quality has improved. The only thing that hasn’t is their time between placing the order and receiving your food. I waited 45 minutes the last time I went (on a Sunday night).

This place is packed every time I come with kids and sports teams. It doesn’t get too wild but on occasion when it has, the employees are quick to put a stop to it, and I appreciate that. The service is friendly as well.
The salad bar is typical pizza place type. Nothing fancy, but that’s okay. I love that they have the jalapeño on the salad line so you can help yourself for your pizza without the extra charge that most places charge you for jalapeño (which is absurd).
The pizza is wonderful. I usually order one of the specialty pizzas. I get a «mountain» size, which is their family size, and feeds my family of 5 easily with plenty left over. It runs about $ 35. I don’t think it’s too bad for what you get and they are not stingy with the toppings let me tell you.

Delicious pizza, but it’s too expensive. One specialty pizza is about $ 25 bucks. The staff is friendly and the kids like the arcade area (which only adds to the high cost).

The pizza is decent but totally NOT worth the price. Too expensive for the kind of pizza you get and is it just me or do the sizes seem smaller than usual for pizza places???

I was not overly impressed with their pizza. I actually tried it twice. The first time it wasn’t too bad though it was a bit sloppy, the crust was too thin & it wasn’t very hot. The second time it was terrible. It was over cooked and that just ruined the entire pizza. Will there be a third time? Absolutely not.

Excellent pizza and far quicker than they had promised. I was told 35 minutes and it was ready in 15. We had a coupon and got the hawaiian barbecue chicken and an all meat pizza. Great pizzas. We were asked if we wanted ranch or jalapeños and I thought they were upselling me so I was really surprised when I wasn’t charged for them. Hoping to come back.

Unfortunately this experience will lead to no further visits. Placed order on-​line and while it was ready when I arrived upon getting home discovered it was the incorrect pizza. Really bummed and disappointed since on-​line order seemed secure.

There pizza is the best!!! An there delivery time is on point. I have never had to call them about waiting to long for it.

Had a coupon to get a large 1 topping for 6.99 from their website with the purchase of a large specialty pizza. Was able to customize the speciality pizza and get different halves, which is awesome since they have so many great toppings to choose from! This location lives up to all the other mountain mikes across the state and delicious!

Like everyone else this place deserves zero stars. It has the most incompetent people working with horrible customer service. 40 minutes to wait for a pizza when there was only one person in front of you is ridiculous, then to be told that the usual time it takes for a pizza is 35 – 40 minutes is a complete lie. Then you can see the cook through the window so the girls go back to check on it and say oh it’s that one coming out, turns out it wasn’t. I told them I wanted a refund and the young girl processes to tell her so called supervisor. Who comes out from the back looking at the receipt asking what time it was and that’s when I said it’s been 45 minutes in getting a refund and she apologized and said I didn’t know what was going, well I will refund you your money but since you already drank your drinks I’m charging you for that. I couldn’t believe it, I will never support a place with such horrible customer service again. Take in regard the place recently opened too.

Well, this place gets one star because there is no option for negative stars! Hands down the worst customer service in all of Hanford! Complete incompetence and substandard food makes for an overall rip-​off. The internet ordering system is a total fail when the people who work there obviously cannot read. Even when you call in and talk to one of the so-​called employees they manage to screw it up. I gave this place a second chance because Mountain Mikes was once upon a time a good place to eat… the Hanford location is definitely NOT! Bring back Yarnal’s…now THEY knew how to make delish pizza AND treat customers right.

First of all, I am only giving this one star because zero is not an option. The first time I tried to try Mountain Mikes was when it first opened and I waited two hours before calling to find out they lost my online order. I made the decision to cancel that order because I was STARVING! Flash forward to tonight, I order a pizza and some garlic bread (almost $ 40) and then proceed to wait ANOTHER two hours!!! Upon delivery (Finally!) I open the box only to find the wrong pizza. Covered in pineapple. Not remotely what I ordered. The garlic bread came correct if you call correct freezing cold with a side of «sauce» so frozen I took off the lid to find the brand «Solo» indented in it. I took that trash back and got my money back. I will never return nor recommend it to anyone.

Worst pizza place in Hanford hands down. People rave about Mountain Mike’s and I was really excited for it to come to town but unfortunately like most popular businesses that come to Hanford, ours flat out sucks. Really bummed this is what took over Yarnel’s. Petition to bring Yarnel’s back!
