Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut has horrible customer service. We ordered a pizza and they said the wait would be 30 min. An hour later we still had no pizza. When I called back they said they had called our phone # and there was no answer, we looked on our call log and there were no calls. They then said they might have put in the # wrong and wouldn’t give us a discount even though it was their mistake. Honestly do these pizzas come out of your pay check? We were polite and the manager didn’t even try to be accommodating. I work in customer service and this is not the way the treat a customer, and they want $ 15 an hour pay raise for min. Wage.

I don’t know what to say. I ordered a pizza online at 7pm and didn’t get the pizza until 8:30. Being a Friday I was ok with the delay but when both my pizzas were cold I was a little upset. Thought about calling and demanding fresh pizza but figured I’d take the loss and never order from them again.

I rarely go to Pizza Hut. Their pizza is inconsistent and they change their recipe too often. But I saw they offered free flavor «drizzles». The honey Sriracha sounded good. So I ordered plain cheese with the drizzle. Had it delivered and noticed… no drizzle! The only reason I ordered their pizza and it was not there. I called and let them know. I expected the screwed up order protocol like at any other restaurant — a replacement or a refund. What am I offered? A $ 6 credit on my next order. Really? How does $ 6 make up for a $ 20 order? No wonder this place gets such bad reviews.

I have been to this particular franchise many times, as it is the only one in town. I don’t go as often now that I gained Unilocal Elite status for the last 2yrs in a row… ya know, refined palate and all, LOL!!!
Growing up as a kid I used to love Pizza Hut, but that love has waned over the last few years. That being said, this location is your standard chain with a few specials/​promotions running.
They recently moved locations, literally right across the street from their original location. I am wondering if the move is temporary. They had a decent size building all to themselves, in a prime location. Sure, the building was older and in desperate need of repair/renovations…but it was a nice space.
The location that they moved to is connected to other businesses and is so much smaller. I have not actually been inside of the new location, I only drove by to check it out before they officially opened.
Not wanting to cook the other night, I did something that I haven’t done in ages… order delivery. I generally prefer to pick the order up myself, as wait times can be very long and because your food is not always delivered hot. I know how pizza delivery goes, and your order gets sent out with a driver that may have multiple orders to deliver, therefore causing your food to cool down, despite being in the little warming pouches.
The online ordering was pretty easy and gave me a time that the food would be delivered. Just a few minutes after the promised delivery time, a delivery driver showed up… he was nice and he verified my info (card I used to pay) and was on his way.
I ordered the Triple Cheese Stuffed Crust pizza and customized it. The pizza wasn’t cold, but it wasn’t hot either… it was barely warm. I wasn’t complaining though, based on the weather I was just happy that I didn’t have to go out myself.
The toppings weren’t very generous, and while they tasted ‘ok’ they weren’t fresh by any means. The onions were dry and had a rubbery texture to them. The green bell peppers seemed over cooked and had no crisp to them.
Overall the pizza was decent, the delivery time was good and the driver was friendly. Price for delivery was $ 3 and does not include a tip.
If I order from them again, I may do dine in so that I can check the actual inside out. Hopefully the new location is cleaner and more up to date than the last. I will update my review accordingly, but so far not bad.

Made an order on line didn’t go through… most likely my fault as I was running after my kids wile trying to order. Called and explained I was trying to get the promotion they currently have on line, the young man was very polite and gave me that price. I ordered the chicken alfredo pasta and a pan pizza. It was good. I think by now everyone knows you are not going to get the best ever pizza in a pizza chain but over all I’m giving it 5 stars for the proffesionalism and that the food was nice and hot when it was delivered and also the delivery person was nice.

Went in this evening to order a pizza. Not a single person ask me if I need help or what I wanted to order. There was an individual who said pick any table but no one ever gave us the time of day. Down right insulting and we were the only people in the restaurant.

Gave this place three attempts at pizza, shouldn’t of give them any. First one 2.5 hour delivery. Second one was someone else’s order. Third one i ordered in advance and drove there to pick it up. Gave them 30 minutes. Got there and they blamed their computer as to why they didn’t even start making the pizza. I dont know how this place stays in business.

Have to give Pizza Hut 3 stars. We jst ordered the Supreme pan pizza delivery.
It’s delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Abt 30 mins.
The delivery boy while friendly. Had no parmesan cheese or crushed red pepper. He stated they ran out. How the hell do you as a pizza joint. Run out of that?
But whatever. I paid for the pizza and it was pretty darn good.

they ruined my valentines day! straight up taste like sh#*!!! woke up with diahrehha im calling the manager and requesting a full refund!!!

I’ve had no bad experience when going to pizza hut. I love their pizza! Its one of my top faves. The only little thing they can work on is the lag to make the pizza. Me and my friend went there for lunch and was late back to class cause they took forever. But then again we’ve should’ve ordered it ahead of time. Overall Pizza Hut is really good pizza!
