Not enough employees. The wait is horrible either on a saturday or wednesday rather you have a reservation or not. The stylist will have people waiting but instead of helping the customer they go on lunch or break instead of waiting until its slow. The cuts are ok but wont come back because too long of a wait

The haircuts are fine. The call ahead service is USELESS. I hate waiting, so I try to call ahead, but unless there is nobody wanting haircuts that day, I get the feeling they don’t really hold my spot in line. I say this because I called the other day, there were 2 people in front of me, the lady estimated 20 to 25 minutes, so I show up 22 minutes later, only to be told there are still 2 people in front of me. WTF. This is not the first time I’ve experienced a wait time after trying to use their call ahead service. What’s the point? I’m going to Great Clips from here on out, they have an app that allows you to sign in, the computer screen shows you that they’ve held your place in the line, AND they are a $ 1 cheaper. The positive things I can say is that the stylist are always nice and do a good job on my hair and the store is clean, but the call ahead is a deal breaker for me.

Salina Z, cut my 3 year old sons hair and did a fantastic job. I would recommend her for boys haircuts she is great with children and extremely sweet. Also management and other staff were pleasant as well.

Will never go there again. Showed a picture of how I wanted my hair cut. The person who cut my hair seemed to be so rushed. And did a very poor job. I went to Master Cuts, showed the same picture, now I have the cut I want. I do not recommend

Went here after waiting hours at JCPenny’s trying to take advantage of their free haircut for kids.
I called Supercuts and they said there wasnt a wait. However when I got there, they said that there were 4 people ahead of us. It turns out that those 4 people left. Anyways my girls got their hair cut for back to school and they did a good job.
The plus was that the haircuts right now are $ 9 for kids instead of the regular $ 13. I saved $ 8 and my kids hair didnt get butchered so I am a happy mom.

Prices are descent, offers military discount which is big help. Very friendly staff and give great haircuts. Suggest Jessenia, Laura, or Suzanne for great haircuts.
