If you’re looking for a small place with good prices and excellent food… look no further! Seriously, swing by and try it out. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because I’m not too fond of the parking availability.

Place has terrible biscuits and gravy I thought I ordered sausage gravy but it had no sausage what’s so ever even though they insisted there was some it only had tiny bacon bits which were gross and tastes like artificial ones, the linguisa skillet was so bland using canned mushroom and no seasoning on potatoes we walked out and told the waiter why he responded well where do you eat then? And we were from out of town and said sure there’s seasoning on the potatoes instead of saying I’m so sorry we will try to improve that then. Don’t know how this place got a 4.5.

Green Valley is a small local café that you go for a great meal. They are open early, and close by 2pm. Breakfast & Lunch are there specialties. I have been going here for past 10 years or so, food has been good, fresh, and tasty. There omelets are amazing, large and full of filings. My lunch favorite is the Ortega Burger… yummy!
Good food, Good service, Good portions, you can’t go wrong!!!

Sweet and friendly staff in a small diner with a hometown feel. The breakfast burrito was delicious and they offer healthy alternatives as side dishes. I found my Sunday morning breakfast spot :)

I have been looking for a good place for home cooked breakfast taste, with great service for a while and now, I have found my place! I have come here a couple times and each time got better. The service is great, and the food is wonderful. Whenever I go my food gets to me within 5 – 10 mins and always tastes so fresh. If your looking for a great place, with a small town feel, great prices and good, look no further.

It’s not a 5 star restaurant or a giant chain, it’s a home feel breakfast place, and that’s what makes the meal. The atmosphere is great and the service is even better. It’s the kind of place you eventually become a regular at. The food is great too, just in case you were wondering.

Fantastic food. Great staff. That’s why this place is always full of people and people are willing to wait for a table or booth to open. Blueberry muffin will melt in your mouth.

I’m sorry. This place sucked. The people were very nice but the food. No. Just no.
Sigh…my first Unilocal fail. They’re using subpar quality products and then not working with what they’ve got. Dry sourdough, at least try to grill it right. Poor biscuits were sad! Dry doesn’t even cover it. The gravy, a lumpy pasty mess. And the bacon. We didn’t even finish the bacon! Who leaves behind bacon?! It had a refrigerated after taste that killed any hopes of a rescue.
My waiter was a gem so a well earned tip for him. The owner was very nice too, so nice I couldn’t tell him how bad his food was when he asked. I’ll go back to a place with great food and bad service but not to a place with great service and terrible food.
4.5 stars people? Why??? A Country cooking fraud.

Love love love this place. New to the area and this is by far one of THE BEST diners to come to for amazing, fresh, home made food (if not better) and great customer service. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Always with a smile and we appreciate it… Definitely one of my favorite spots…

Made it to Green Valley Café for a little late breakfast and I can see why this is such a beloved local institution!
I got an omelet with a bunch of stuff in it and it wasn’t bad. Wasn’t thrilled with the hash browns, but loved the fluffy blueberry muffin loaf thing! Plenty of good food at a good price with fast, attentive service!
Though not a «fine dining» kind of place, Green Valley hits all the right nostalgic chords from my childhood of going out to eat with Gran at the local diner!

Enjoying a nice breakfast at Green Valley Café right now. Buttermilk pancakes are big and fluffy and not sweet (I don’t like sweet pancakes), the biscuit was moist, the coffee unending, and my eggs were scrambled to perfection. This place does breakfast right. Why would anybody go to IHOP or Denny’s? And service was prompt and friendly.

Wanted to try something new and this place is great I had the steak skillet and was very happy meat was a little tough but not that bad the hash browns were amazing but the show stopper was the blueberry muffin probably the most amazing muffin I’ve ever had was fresh hot out the oven great place staff was great will definitely be back

My friend and I came here last weekend for an early breakfast. I have to say, the service here is much better than a lot of the breakfast places in the area. In the past, I have encountered many servers who are less than enthusiastic about doing a good job.
Since my friend and I came in so early, there was a group of farmers having their morning coffee and discussing how to solve the world’s problems. It reminded of me of when my grandfather (in his younger years) used to do the same thing. The décor is very simple and makes the café feel homey. The parking lot is small, but there is plenty of street parking.
I had an egg white Californian omlette, honeydew, and wheat toast. The food was pretty good. I appreciated the servers’ ability to modify the original food order to a healthier alternative. Afterward, I felt full without feeling like I consumed a thousand calories.

The sausage and pancakes are a must have. Nice change from Denny’s. I will definitely be returning :)
