Came here to have my wife’s soldered together. They took over 30 minutes to have them inspect the rings which they came back and said their stamp was not on the rings. I had services done on the rings through this location before and they had already pulled my information up on their systems during this time. After showing them proper paperwork they realized the rings were Helzberg rings and took them in under warranty which 4 diamonds were found loose.
I’ll drive the 6 hours back to the location I purchased the jewelery from before I’ll deal with these people again.

The staff at this location is incredibly friendly and helpful. The store sells beautiful, classic pieces at reasonable prices. We regularly make our purchases at this store due to their selection and jewelry cost. Every visit, the staff insists on cleaning my jewelry — even if we just stop in to browse. For our anniversary, my husband and I made separate trips to this store (unbeknownst to each other) to purchase bracelets. The bracelet I purchased for my husband broke after 2 weeks and infrequent wear (a loose screw fell out). We took the bracelet back, informed them of the issue, and they replaced it immediately — no questions asked! They offer 10% discount for military and frequent shoppers can sign up to receive optional offers via mail. If there’s a particular item you like, I suggest checking the pre-​owned section. Many items in the pre-​owned case are often 25%+ off normal price. If you qualify, they also offer 12 months same as cash on many items or military financing, which has a higher APR. I recommend opting for the warranty on any item (s) purchased, it’s a small price to pay for extra services (i.e. lifetime cleanings, free sizings, and unlimited rhodium plating). Warranty services are offered at all of their locations and if you are overseas or not within reasonable traveling distance to a location, you can have your items shipped off and returned for servicing. Many of our friends have purchased from this store based off our recommendation.
