This location is terrible. We went there for lunch. It was so cold in there you had to wear a heavy jacket. We just ordered burgers well done. They came out so bloody the buns were red. My wife sent hers back. I ate mine the way it was. The managers only recourse was to offer her the salad bar at no charge. They didn’t even put the condiments on as ordered. We have had some bad experiences lately at Ruby Tuesdays. Chili’s is so much better.

We have had goood experiences at other Ruby Tuesdays, however tonight was one of the worst meals we have had in a very long time. The waitress kept getting orders confused with another table, my husbands steak was burnt, he asked for rice, got a potato. My rib eye was fat and gristle. Half of the steak was inedible. We didn’t send it back because the orders had already been messed up once before and we just wanted to eat and leave.

This place just isn’t up to par with the other restaurants in the area. Food is mediocre at most. I had to ask for the garlic biscuits and they gave them to be in a to go box. I noticed a manager giving a waiter a hard time. The manager carded us twice making us feel uncomfortable. Food is over priced.

We went for dinner there last week. They gave us the wrong drinks. Had to ask for the biscuits. The cheese fries we got were under the heat lamp too long, they were burnt. We both ordered meals with grilled chicken breast. I tried mine and it had a strange taste to it. My wives was the same way. We wait a while till the waitress showed up. She got the manager. He said he would take the meals off the bill. He also said the place is doing well since he took over a year ago. We paid 12 dollars for a Pepsi, iced tea, and fries. Now in the newspaper it had they are out of compliance again. My wife filed a complaint online. That was a week ago. No reply. I will never go back. AVOID!!!

Stopped in to check out RT after not going to one for many years. I should have known from the empty parking that that something was not right, but we went in anyway. The menu was just as dismal as I remember from years back. The one thing they had going for them was the 1 good beer on their menu which a found out in a few minutes that they don’t actually carry that beer in Hanover. After not really seeing anything on the menu we were going to walk out, but since our drinks were delivered we figured we’d stick around, eat an appetizer and then go somewhere else. We got mozzarella sticks… The waitress dropped our sticks on the table and walked away. As soon as I bit into my mozzarella stick I noticed two things, the hair on the plate and how over cooked the sticks were. They also had no flavor at all. They didn’t even taste like cheese! Oh and the soda tasted watered down… I dropped money on the table and went on to the next place. They can’t even get fried cheese right.

I stopped in for a drink and dinner ordered steak and lobster. The steak wasn’t bad but the lobster was raw. I told the waitress she said she would tell the manager. I waited 30 minutes so I paid my bill and left. I stopped there at least twice a month. This was the first time I went there alone most times I take my family. The least they could have done was say they were sorry. I wasn’t expecting anything more. ir well never go back again. There are places that care about how there food is served.

This restaurant is certainly not on par with the ones in Rockville, MD. Party of 6 was seated prompt and our server was very accommodating but I was turned off by the garden bar where the worker was picking up salad ingredients that were falling off from the bowls and put them back with his bare hands. The garden bar is very basic, no eggs, bacon bits, tomatoes etc… many choices in the garden bar are gone. Not impressed with this place.

This restaurant is certainly not on par with the ones in Frederick, Md. All of our party of 4 got the salad bar. For the price it isn’t a good deal… not much on it but salad ingredients. We were there right at lunch time and no little biscuits till we almost through eating and no tomatoes on the salad bar(they were brought to our table later) Our server was fine and very accommodating but it seemed at lunchtime the restaurant would be more prepared for customers

As a vegan, I always loved the garden bar option at Ruby Tuesday. Gradually, more and more of the choices in the garden bar have been taken away, and now it’s nothing more than a basic salad bar. I miss the chickpeas, pickled beets, zucchini, cranberries, and the other yummy vegetables they used to have. This was my only option, as RT also got rid of their veggie burgers and replaced them with a zucchini burger that has cheese it. Most of the side vegetables are cooked in butter so those are not an option. I was there about two weeks ago with family(they chose the place), and I got the garden bar. Most of the vegetables were not ripe or were soggy from being stored in water. I was looking forward at least to my mixed drinks. The first one was great, but the second one was way to sweet and she got cucumbers off of the garden bar! I also requested a margarita without the mix, but was told they could not make one even though there is one on the menu with a coronita. All they had to do was ommit the coronita. The GM came out several times to our table to deliver food, did not ask us how anything was, and was not very friendly. The serve we had was great despite everything else. I don’t think I will return to any RT.

Friendly service. I ordered take out, the triple prime bacon cheddar burger, it was cold and greasy but the meat tasted fresh, the cheese was greasy too and a little on the stale side, no bacon was included, the baked potato and sour cream was good, the sliced avocado was not sliced just a half of avocado, the bun wasn’t anything special I had one bite and tossed the bun. I may return to eat in the dining room with another coupon. Have had premium quality food from other RT’s.

Ruby Tuesday isn’t my favorite, but it’s cheap, and so it can be what we’re looking for sometimes. However, most waitstaff is not friendly, and meals aren’t the best quality.

First, I rarely say anything nice about chain restaurants. I must say that the Ruby Tuesday in Hanover is a very comfortable place to enjoy dinner, drinks, or both. Unlike most chains, RT will experiment with their menu from time to time and offer new items as well as the classics. I’ve never really though of RT as a rib place but I must say the few times I’ve ordered ribs at the Hanover location, they have always been spot on. Last night, I ordered the Asian Sesame Peanut ribs. I was nervous because I admit it sounds a little weird. I am glad I ordered these. I have had ribs at several different places but these ribs might be some of the best that I’ve ever had. Not only was the flavor fantastic, these ribs were perfectly done. I could spin the bone and pull it out. I ended up eating these ribs like a pork chop, avoiding the messy hands that one usually gets when eating saucy ribs. They have added some new items to the salad bar, i.e. — sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, roasted red peppers, and blue cheese crumbles. I have always been a fan of the salad bar but they have managed to make it better. Our server was Elizabeth and she was top notch. We ordered a bottle of wine and she held it for us since we didn’t have much room at our table. I thought that was a nice touch. The only thing that keeps this from 5 stars is several of the staff went into clean up mode while we were still eating. Although this may be a small detail to some, I think that it breaches restaurant etiquette and would prefer if they waited until we left. In any case, this place is a solid 4 *‘s and I would recommend to anyone, especially the ribs.
