Just no. I had to do some back to school shopping and came in to this store. When I went to check out with my couple of items I had one person ahead of me. When he was done and as I walked to the cashier, the cashier looked at me and then walked away from the register. Not a word was spoken. He walked towards another employee yelling that person’s name, talked to him, then came back to me. He scanned my items, didn’t say a word and I slid my card. Not one word was said. WTF? A week later my husband had to grab a pen refill before leaving on a flight a couple hours later so we went by here. This time the cashier had headphones on and was listening to music. WTF is going on with this store?! You have young people who seem more concerned with pissing customers off than doing their job. I am totally shocked by this and will never return.

Here’s hoping the folks at Staples actually pay attention to this. I don’t consider myself a tree hugger by any stretch of the imagination. But when I go to the stores, it blows my mind that going in and buying two packages of ink and a package of paper meaning three items turns into an receipt generated to me that’s in excess of 4 feet long. It makes me ask the question, how many people really look or even use the so-called coupons on these receipts or referred to them once they left the store. Is it really worth burning through so much paper for literally one or two items purchased in the store. It just seems idiotic.

I’ve been to this location a few times and they always have what I need and the sales people are super helpful. I’ve had to have stuff laminated at this location and it was quick and easy, the entire process took all of 4 minutes. The last time I went there was a ton of electronic cases and carry alls on sale for $ 1-$ 4 and anytime I can pick up a new iPad case for $ 2 I’m a happy girl!

I went in to grab a few items Luckily I had printed out what I wanted so I was able to show the sales person, Belinda, and she happily helped me use the kiosk to place an online order. That was easy! I was able to print out the receipt and pay at the register where the handsome and funny Nathan helped finish my order.

I don’t have much occasion to shop at Staples, but when I do, this location always has what I need. Employees are friendly and helpful, and the UPS drop-off is an added bonus. Their prices on electronics tend to be on the high side, so I stick with shopping online for that stuff.

This is officially my favorite Staples location. Initially, I didn’t realize this was a superstore. I’ve been wanting a wireless printer. So, I go in and do the usual shopping. I grab some pens(I can’t stop collecting pens!), post-it notes, and other supplies. Then, I stroll by the wireless printers. I ooh and ahh over them. Then, I’m like… waydaminnit! I just strolled through 3 full aisles of printers! Now, that I have extra money these days… guess where I’m going??? Hello, Staples!
