Love this place. I don’t ask for much, and today, DD delivered! Large hot coffee this AM, a donut and sitting in my rig facing the morning sun.
Oh, and the service was fast and efficient and the store was clean!

On the positive side, fast service at the drive-thru. But I’d rather go in than use the drive-thru for choosing my donuts. Their sign says they close at 11, but it was 20 minutes before that. It’s a pain to have to listen to what donuts they have, and I didn’t have the heart to make them go through the same process for muffins. They need to figure out a process someone can choose what they want if they can’t go in.
Until then, if you are open until 11, according to your posted hours, then be open.

Fast and pleasant service! Staff was very friendly. My drink was perfect. I used their drive thru service and my order was ready very quickly after being greeted at the window.
I will return when I’m in the area or passing through.
They are right down the road from Maryland Live!

WORST DUNKIN EVER
screwed up our orders multiple times, and they were not difficult at all
I ordered two donuts and the lady gave me the wrong ones. I mean how hard is it to put two donuts in a bag?! They also messed up my simple iced coffee with mocha syrup added to it

Seriously… How are you out of glazed donuts at 10am on a Sunday morning… Also, why isn’t there a list of donuts on the drive through menu… After they didn’t have 2 things I wanted (glazed donut being one) we drove off.

Did you know they no longer give a military discount at this dunkin? Pretty sad this company doesn’t give a small break to our men and women In uniform. Apparently it’s the owner of the franchise that makes the decision. So if there are service men and women purchasing for their units, don’t go here. Go to the one next to mama lucias or the one in Jessup.

First time visiting this location and the service was ok but the portion sizes were HORRIBLE!!! We ordered 3 different sundaes and the guy barely put any of the included toppings on in a sizeable amount. The strawberries were frozen and with barely any syrup coming from it and the wet nuts smh those weren’t fit for anyone to eat. Be prepared to get jipped when you come for ice cream… the other surrounding area locations in Maryland are superior compared to this location!

This is probably the nicest Dunkin building that I have ever seen/been too. However, it was honestly the worst donuts I’ve ever had. My kids and I tried to snack on an assorted munchkin box and you know they had to have been bad if 2,3,7,10 and 11 year olds won’t eat them! They were hard, old and the plain glazed ones tasted disturbingly like yogurt and bananas. :/Pretty disappointing from such a yummy place! Hopefully it was an off night for them, but I’ll leave it to you to find out! We’ll stick to the location that we’re used to and love!

This is one of the fastest Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered a joe-to-go and donuts through the drive thru and it was ready before I pulled up. The staff are really friendly and even gave me coupons for next time!

Fastest Dunkin donuts ever! Granted they are brand new. The Dorsey rd location should take note. This place is only a couple of miles away but the service is much better. As for the food and coffee, it’s a chain and consistent with the brand. Enjoy!
