This Starbucks cares about its customers and always makes their barista promise right! They are all friendly and caring and I guarantee you’ll leave with a smile on your face.

They still have a long way to go regarding customer service but the drinks /​food are always on point. I’m still convinced they hire people from the circus. I’ve never seen so many piercings, hair colors, and tattoos. The parking lot is the main reason I stay away from this place. Terrible set up. Wishing 2016 brings more smiles and «How may I help you?» attitudes that are lacking. 3 stars on food & drinks. 0 stars on staff.

Most impressive Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I was worried it would take forever because there was an extensive line but they got my coffee out really fast and more so, it seemed integrated into the community which is rare for Starbucks. I wanted to tip them but I had no cash.

This store is absolutely amazing. This location has the best staff, they’re always friendly, on point with beverages and they care about customer connection. They take the time to engage with you and help you get exactly what you want, and well, in the end, if you don’t like it, they have no problem getting you a more enjoyable drink. The store is always looking nice and tidy and they certainly take the time to make the retail looking fab. Like it almost makes me want to buy something other than coffee, but i refrain cause terribly broke. But all in all, best sbux in the area. ¹¹⁄₁₀ would recommend.

I love this Starbucks. This store makes my drinks just right and and in a timely manner. The staff are friendly and have fun behind the line. The store manager adds a creative touch to every promotion. This store will always be my first choice.

Stopped by since I was next door getting food. I ordered 2 drinks, a java chip frappé and a caramel macchiato. Both drinks tasted off to me. The macchiato was the worst. I’ve ordered this drink from other Starbucks and found it do be almost worth the ridiculous price they charge but this location has the most disgusting drinks. Both tasted a little sour and the macchiAto tasted like it had no espresso in it. It’s tasted like watered down milk with a little flavor. If I had not tasted my drink until I was 15 miles awhile I would of definitely returned it. If this was my first time ever having those drinks I would never drink at Starbucks again. But since I have a gift card with more money on it I will try another drink, definitely from a different location!

Stopping through heading to Baltimore and the first thing you notice is the customer service, or there lack of. I asked for a tuxedo hot chocolate and the girl at the register didn’t know what it was. I got a Grande and once it was made that was the issue, it was supper sweet. (They put too many pumps in), and when I asked for a new one to be made they weren’t very friendly.

This Starbucks locations just piss me off with the staff members not knowing the product however this is my local Starbucks and it just pisses me off when you have employees there that look like this making your drinks or preparing your breakfast sandwich. What a flop.
In addition attempting to reach out to management about the freak of nature never got a call back.
I will never patronize this location again!

The needle is moving in the right direction here. Maybe it was the rough winter but I do see a change in the group. Kaitlin good job! Service with a good morning and a smile. That’s how you do it!

Came here at 5pm on a Friday. This shopping center is very poorly set up, the entrance is far down the road and each store has a front and back entrance however none of the back entrances are operational. Make sure to park in the front to get in here
My cashier was friendly and my barista was super nice, professional and most importantly she made my drink quickly and correctly.
I was in and out in less than five minutes with a great drink. Success.

I mean Starbucks is Starbucks. The only thing that really varies from place to place is the staff. The staff at this locations is great. They are always super friendly and helpful.

Love this place! Not a fan of the prices but I’m in love with the Caramel and the chocolate cheesecake brownie!!!

We are staying nearby and needed breakfast and had a gift card; otherwise not Starbucks regulars. We were surprised by the breakfast sandwiches; not bad considering. These baristas were very nice and worked quickly as a team. I will mention I don’t drink coffee and therefore I get iced tea which doesn’t compare to Dunkin’s in the least!

I cannot say enough great things about this location. If you are a regular, prepare to be treated extremely well. The staff is wonderful, the store always looks great and is clean and the coffee done perfectly. Even if you are the occasional visitor, you will be well taken care of by some of the nicest people who truly care about their work. I have been coming here since it opened, over 5 years ago and it has been consistently great under the leadership of the manager Amanda. 5 plus stars.

I mean, its Starbucks. At the end of the day the taste of their coffee is the same signature taste.
Some employees are often times not very welcoming. It comes off as rude.

There are three Starbucks within a few miles — two in strip malls and one inside a grocery store. I chose this one when I am heading in that direction, otherwise I go to the other two for better service. Despite the novice baristas at the grocery store one, they are always friendly and trying to do everything properly.
What can I say? It’s Starbucks. I like the coffee and finally understand how to best order my beverage the way I want it. My only gripe with this location is the staff can be a little pretentious. For example, I order my double shot of espresso over ice and they correct me by replying «So you want a duplo?» Uh, yep, I guess so if that what two shots over ice means. The guy with long braided hair consistently treats me like I am bothering him. He made my simple drink wrong once and basically had a fit. He proceeded to start and finish making other orders before making mine again. He slammed my drink on the counter with coffee clearly down the sides. Instead of wiping it he went to talk to the others behind the counter while he watched me wipe my cup.
Go here if you are in a hurry and need to get in and out quickly, and when that guy is not there.

Medium sized-​Starbucks at the end of the row of suites, so they have the nice floor to ceiling windows. There are a *lot* of tables in this place and they’re a little crowded together. As there was a «party» of a dozen suits and ties, I was at a high top table that wasn’t very comfy. The baristas were friendly though and all was good.

Great service and set up soooo cute for the La Boulange partnership. My drinks are usually perfect so no complaints there!!!

This is an average starbucks. It does have a nice patio section for sitting in the summer.

Standard Starbucks with seating. Good parking. Good service. Got my standard drink — since my Starbucks card didn’t automatically refill, I just used a credit card.
Clean enough, but the bathroom was abhorrent. That’s not exactly their fault, as right before I went to use it, two shady looking guys left it. They even eyed me as I walked in. Weird.
