Starbucks

I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to Maryland almost 5 years ago. The store is generally pretty clean and the staff is friendly! I do miss a lot of the «long time» staff that used to work here. I feel like they got to know their customers (especially regulars) better than the new staff, thus the 4 stars. Overall, great service and drinks!

I was disappointed in Monday October 12, 2015 when I stopped by to get my usual drink. The staff was pretty slow and my drink tasted awful.

I love this store. Every tin I go in they remember me and my drink is always awesome. They really take their customer service seriously because I like trying new drinks and if I don’t like it they make you a new one with no complaints or charge. They have a bar in there for customers to talk to them and they really encourage it. I’ve seen customers stay in there for hours drinking and talking to the baristas. It’s a great place to get your coffee and run or sit and relax after/​before a hard day at work. I wish this was the standard of all Starbucks stores because I have more convenient stores near my house and work but they are all disappointments and usually always get my drinks wrong.

Great location. Greeted with a smile. Super fast service and my chai latte was percent. It’s a small location, nice, homey feel and cozy.
My husband comes to this location often and he likes it all. Location, service and his misto.

I’ve been drinking Starbucks for many years now and have come across numerous of different people who have ran them over the years. With my job I have traveled the USA and can honestly say that out of all the coffee shops I have been to, wether big or small nothing comes close to this Starbucks location. I have bought a coffee from the Starbucks in the Safeway near by who had messed up my order and they took care of it for me. You always walk into a warm friendly smile and employees who truly seem to enjoy their jobs. My only complainant is really not with the store but with Starbucks as a whole. I truly don’t understand why in this electronic day and age you don’t allow your baristas to accept tips on credit cards. Being in customer service 20+ years I believe it would raise the moral and make these kids some more money. You make more than enough why not help the little guy?

Ok Starbucks Coffee can be very addictive. What can i say. Yes I’m addicted now what. I especially like the caramel Fraps but when the weather is cold. I go for the warmer drinks like the caramel machiatto. Oh i am a rewards member and when they have the extra star specials that’s when i lose control. Lol. I go back and forth between this one and the one inside the mall. I have to say. Every single time i enter they ask you can they help you from the first time you hit the entrance. Wow sometimes i need a little time to stroll the menu. But its all good. Especially when you already know what you want. I also like the vanilla bean frapp which is btw caffeine free if you like that kind of stuff. also the white chocolate moca is good to. This location is a little on the smaller size but they are very efficient. Also check out the one inside Arundel mills mall. They have outside seating as well. See you at Starbucks. Yeyyy

The Barista’s here are very friendly and remember your order preferences; something I always enjoy. This Starbucks is on the small side but is always clean and inviting.

Pretty rude staff. I have been going here since I moved to Arundel Mills area, and they’ve been okay for the most part. But the other day the guy taking my order didn’t say hello kiss my butt or anything just looked at me. So I gave my order, and bless his heart he had the hardest time reloading my card $ 10. Called some other lady over to help him and she also had a hard time. And she hard a terrible attitude to go along with her incompetence. What helped is I just had an epiphany this AM… it’s time to stop spending so much $$ on this awful company… they’ve become quite greedy and don’t really care about the customer. This is one gold member you don’t have to worry about anymore. So long Starbucks!

Great wifi service! :) (arundel mills area has poor or oversaturated 3G coverage — at least for tmobile) oh and the drinks, food, and service is great too. Only wish they had more seating, it is quite limited — only 3 pairs of seats and a few outside. It’s mostly a takeout location.

This Starbucks has great outdoor seating, but is a bit cramped inside. The workers here are extremely SLOW and have been a bit rude to us a couple of times. Ive been to better Starbucks.

Some people hate Starbucks because it’s a large chain. I love them for bringing decent coffee, goodies, and a reasonably comfortable place to kick back and have coffee. It’s sad if having one in the neighborhood gets rid of really good local coffee houses but that hasn’t been my experience. Regardless, this particular Starbucks is OK but cramped. No big deal if you’re just stopping in to grab something to go. Your pretty much are guaranteed a decent cup of coffee, for which I say Thank You!

Next to Panera Bread, I get my specialty coffee here like Green Tea Latte, only Starbucks can deliver that. An obvious choice for coffee drinker but it’s near safeway grocery that competes with coffee drinkers. Not tight as this starbucks market to outside customers while safeway targets their own grocer shopper. The real competition is the next door Panera that offers coffee drink too and more. But for die hard starbucks, this is the place where parking can get crowded specially during lunch hours.

I have been going to this Starbucks for years and I always leave happy. I work at the Petsmart down the street from this Starbucks location so needless to say my co-​workers and I are always going on coffee runs here.
The employees are really nice and the Baristas are quick and accurate. I don’t drink coffee myself but my coffee addicted co-​workers are always satisfied. I am a Chai addict and they always make it the way I want it and they never forget my Soy which is a major plus!
Gotta love this location because of their mobile payment option. As a Starbucks fan and Gold Card member this is a must.

Can’t believe I am the first to review! I love this place people and so nice and they even know your drink!!! How much better can it get :)
