McDonald’s

I’ve been going to this McDonalds for a while now. Recently I’ve seen two younger Boys named Brendan and nick. Two of the sweetest boys that I’ve ever encountered there. Thumbs up to them! You should hire more like people them!

This is the worst McDonalds Ive ever been too. I dont usuallt come here but a few friends and I were in the area last night and stopped in. There were about 3 or 4 people working and only a few customers in line and it took us 30 minutes to order and get food. I ordered fries and a drink and it too roughly 10 minutes. When they came out the fries were hard and cold. Then a guy with a guitar went behind the counter and played. Thats so unsanitary! Ill never come back here.

Totally regret coming back here!
The only people who should have dirty finger nails are lil kids who play in the dirt and maybe mechanics. I wish I had just driven away after I saw this one employee’s nails!!! Ughhh
Also, gave me the wrong order TWICE!
Not going back!

We’ve had terrible experiences here from slow fast food (+30 mins for a meal) to the oddly seasoned. A negative review of a fast food restaurant probably won’t stop people from pulling in for a roll of the dice, but this place seems jinxed. Maybe it’s because it’s the only fast food joint for miles that they can get away with this and not even try to be better. Who knows. Maybe a Mom & Pop can fill the void in the area (go to Mike’s!). I digress. On the plus side, the place is always clean. Order accuracy and service need improvement.

This review is for just this location at 318 Liberty St in Hanson, MA. Normally I’ve had OK experiences with this McDonald’s. But as of late it has been going through some bad staffing issues or something. From not adding things ordered to badly prepped/​packed food (Seriously have always had fries put in upside down.) all the while its not even busy. Sometimes have been the only one in the drive-​thru so why so many mistakes? This past Sunday is why I’m writing this review. We went through the drive thru with an order and when we got home the burger buns were hard, Fries put in upside down (Must be a staff inside joke.), and food just didn’t taste right. For now steering clear of this place and giving my money to the other locations. Hopefully the franchise owner reads these and makes improvements.

Gave me a vanilla shake even though I asked for chocolate. I hate this McDonalds everyone who works here is terrible! I will only come through this drive through if I’m super high.
