Expresso’s Pizza & Restaurant

The only reason they are in business is because of limited takeout places. Food is less than average, owner is rude and some weird guy stares at you while you wait.
Wish there was as closer subway or dangelos!

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Their chicken kabob plate is soooo good! And their eggplant sub is to die for, plus the prices are so reasonable. Friendly & quick with the service. It’s my go to when I don’t feel like cooking!

Consistently AWESOME pizza and subs! Perfect sub rolls-​nice firm texture on the outside with a soft fresh inside. Angela’s housemade dressing is my favorite of all the Greek South Shore pizza shops. $ 3 pizzas on Tues/​Weds is a great deal. And their chicken salad is better than Willow Tree. Love this place and get takeout at least once a week for 6+ years.

I wish I could give a 0 star. Not only are they the rudest most ignorant owners I have had the displeasure of dealing with but the food isn’t all that great either. Subs were average but the pizza is a greasy mess. Whoever claims they have the best any kind of pizza is a liar.
Extra greasy and has anyone ever told them how to top a pizza properly? I ordered a BBQ Chicken specialty and it was so over topped plus the grease every slice fell apart before reaching my mouth. Even the cheese pizzas were gross.
As for the customer service I have been yelled at and hung up on twice and my mother ordered an Italian with toppings and olive oil and vinegar. She received the sub with black olives on it, pretty gross yeah.
Upon calling back the female owner got on the phone telling her she asked for olives. My mother obviously tried to clear up the mistake saying she asked for olive oil not olives. At which point she was yelled at and hung up on.
Terrible food and HORRID customer service means I won’t ever order from this establishment again.

Where is one star when you need it? This place is disgusting. The staff is rude and their food is gross. The delivery takes over an hour. The restaurant is always dirty too. Nothing good about this place at all! YUCK!

Food from Expresso’s is consistently good! We love the grilled chicken Greek salad as well as the chef salad.

Yummmmmm. I don’t care if it’s greasy — dab that slice with a napkin. Ham and pine apple is to die for and their steak tip salads are delicious.

I just don’t get the positive reviews. This place is terrible, not only in terms of food quality but cleanliness as well. I am not a huge fan of Greek pizza to begin with… but this is some of the worst I have ever had. Do not eat from here.

Such a shame! The food is consistent and fresh but the customer service is filled with negativity. No reason to get treated poorly for a pizza or sub. Such a shame!

Expresso’s pizza is my favorite place by far. I basically only care for their pizza, wipe off the extra grease, and yum. This is the only place I will buy a salad from– they will make it exactly as I ask. Other local pizza places pre make their salads and will not alter them or make another one without certain ingredients. The owners are very nice, and clearly hard working people.
One time our pizza arrived all screwed up and they replaced it no problem. Awesome place! Awesome food.

Just ok… pizza is very greasy. They do have a great steak tip salad though! I’d recommend that

Used to be a great place… not so much anymore. Three times in the last 6 months or so I have called for takeout and shown up there in the time they qouted me and my order had not even been started… and this last time the owner basically yelled at me telling me I never called her… not a great way to run a business. If you mess up, own it! Been a customer there for a very long time… will no longer go there.

Kind of a newer place, I tried it a few times and I definetly like it alot. Prices are average and they deliver. It’s a greek style pizza done really well.

There should be a 0 star option for such establishments.
I was a long time customer & customer service declined abysmally.
Delivery was HORRENDOUS when the owners’ sons (who were always friendly & personable) were not delivering.
They hired a rude, uncouth, delivery person, who gave nothing but snarky remarks, that the owner for some reason always felt she must defend.
The female owner is THE QUEEN OF RUDE. You do not call a customer & YELL AT THEM, because YOUR HIRED HELP WAS RUDE!
Food is never good enough ANYWHERE to endure such abysmal behavior.
I would not recommend this establishment to anyone

Pizza was awful. Not the cleanest place and service was less than friendly

I am not going to lie– I ordered takeout from them last night and expected it to be sub-​par. First and foremost, I am not much of a takeout person. Secondly, hanson is kind of in the sticks (I recently moved here) so I figured any takeout around here would be pretty much average. I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered a small speciality pizza which was generously topped with grilled chicken and spinach and cooked perfectly. It far surpassed some of the pizzas I have had in local area restaurants when I have eaten out. I also ordered the steak tip dinner or myself. I am very picky about meat, and I was really surprised to find it was another generous portion and contained really tender steak tips with a salad and rice. I will definitely be ordering from them on a regular basis. Very, very satisfied!

Best Hawaiian Pizza I’ve ever had. Just about everything these guys make is to die for.
