I didn’t eat there. The girl making the cotton candy kept eating it while making it and adjusting her bra strap with her gloves on. The other girl put her hair up and down in a ponytail while looking at herself in her phone. Not appetizing. Hopefully it was a one time thing.

The ICandy food cart is splendid. They have candy in bags, caramel corn, ice cream and more. As usual for the carts of Happy Valley Station, customers can sit inside and, or use the restroom. The candy is repackaged, some of which can be found cheaper in a typical market. Yet when I went, I settled on ice cream because the minimum for using a credit card is three dollars. They gave me two scoops of Umpqua. I like that because usually Umpqua is what I see in a gigantic container at a large cost and this way I can eat Umpqua ice cream in an appropriate portion as if I were at Ben & Jerry’s. I took my two scoops inside and it tasted great. This is a retailer, not a manufacturer, but I still was glad that it was not a mere gimmick. The cliché sweet tooth saying is satisfied here.

My kids not spend enough at this cart ! It brings back so many kid memories of the sherbet ice cream or cotton candy. Just love the cart and the girls.

This food cart has the best caramel corn that I have tasted. You can even get it with chocolate and nuts.
