Went here the first time today. The lady who took our order was very nice. I had the super bowl & my husband had the super wrap. Both were very yummy with just the right amount of kick to it. I’ll be coming back.

Friendly service and the turkey bacon avocado wrap was REALLY good! It had a lemony sauce, not overpowering, just a hint of lemon that really complimented the salty flavors of the bacon and turkey, as well as perking up the romaine. So good!

I normally love everything I’ve ordered in the past and this is one of my fav carts… but today I tried something I hadn’t had before (Turkey, Bacon, Avocado Wrap) and I was disappointed, mostly all lettuce hardly any turkey and hardly any avocado. Bummer! Guess I will stick to ordering the previous menu items I’ve had.

I got the burrito.
It was HUGE and very tasty.
The homemade chips were tasty, too.
My friends got the turkey & avocado wrap.
Potions are nice the food was fresh and rather inexpensive.
I would recommend. We had ours delivered from the Delivery Dude Service.

Healthy fanatics unite! Not a huge selection on bowls but 1 out of 2 of the options is pretty tasty! The super bowl is full of avocados, beans, rice salsa and cojita cheese. Also comes with tortilla chips. The burrito version is also yummy and comes with a side of guac! Also comes with a side of chili sauce which I think is odd. There are more burrito options and I’m hoping any wrap option can be made into a bowl! This will satisfy my need to go to se Portland for whole bowl or laughing planet. I’m glad there are healthy non chain items in happy valley!

I’ve been to urban avocado in happy valley now 3 times and I love it. It is always fresh and full of flavor. I get the super wrap and it comes with chips and guacamole for a good price. I would recommend to anyone.

We were so excited to see this open… we tried several items on the menu and they were all fantastic. The Super Bowl is my favorite. Great flavor and very filling. If you love avocado, come give this cart a try!

I wish I lived closer, this place is a great option if you’re looking for healthy flavorful food. Eating out without the guilt! The owner is super nice and a phenomenal chef. Check this cart out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve had the Salad Bowl here, it’s excellent. Nice crispy chips, chicken was cooked perfectly and the avocados were nice and ripe. The avocado dressing was delicious as well. I’ve already been back a few times.

I was in Sellwood visiting friends and planned on going to Zenbu. Sadly, they were closed, so I walked down to the pod where Urban Avocado was. After reviewing the menu, I asked the gentleman working there how long had they been there, and he said about a year, and that their name used to be «The Greenhouse Grill.»
In any case, I decided to get two «Super Bowls» to go. Grilled chicken, black beans, cilantro, salsa, spanish rice, crumbled cotija cheese and avocado. We couldn’t eat there, as we had to get home to feed our little guy.
Even after being in the car for 20 minutes, the food was still very tasty. Everything seemed fresh and was presented nicely. The chips that came with it were still crispy, despite being in a closed container with the rest of the food. Nicely seasoned but not overly salty. It was also nice feeling like we had a fairly healthy meal that didn’t induce a food coma.
When we’re back in Sellwood, we’re definitely coming back.

Great vegan wrap! Awesome to have a good vegan option right in Sellwood… The wraps are toasted, and are super fresh and tasty — and they’re not gonna break the bank. I’ll be back!

The best food cart in Sellwood! I eat here everyday the Salad is amazing with avocado, black beans, salsa, rice, and yummy chicken! Im on a time crunch and this is the best place to go if you dont want to wait an hour for your order because they are quick and on top of their timing. The cart is very clean and the owner is always nice and inviting and pleasant to chat with. I support this cart almost everyday in hopes he will never leave because the food is amazing and will leave you feeling healthy afterwards.
Must get the salad! ingredients are fresh and beautifully prepared every time.

Fantastic food cart for a healthy, hearty meal. The super bowl, salad bowl and soup were awesome. I wasn’t as big a fan of the wrap but I can appreciate that people wanted something hand held for lunch and the owner of the cart obliged. A welcome addition to the up and coming food cart pod on 13th in Sellwood.

I just tried the tortilla soup and it was fantastic. Hot, plentiful and full of flavor.
I also had the hot wrap. I’m not sure what they put in it but it’s really really good. It had a chicken bacon herb richness. See the photo. The salads look good but it’s to darn cold today for one. I’ll try that next time. Great job new cart!
