Made to order sushi. Friendly folks working inside. Sushi is fresh and delicious. My new favorite. Any of the rolls with mango that I’ve tried are awesome! Hawaiian dragon and temptation rolls are my favorite.

Clean organized and on spot for amazing sushi from a food cart! Who says you can’t get great food from a food cart? Sushi is always suspect because of the food borne illness risk, but these guys not only execute the food well they are very conscious with providing excellent sushi in the freshest matter. DO NOT MISS THIS AS THEY ARE AWESOME!!!

So happy to find this jewel in Happy Valley Station. They have a terrific selection, and we tried MANY of them! Fresh, delicious lunch, and our wait time was less than we expected. The prices are super reasonable. This will be a regular stop for lunch!

Sushi was fresh. Rice was cooked well and good rice to fish ratio. The workers were super friendly. I got the treasure island roll and it was super tasty. :)
