Not impressed very cold tortilla hard to eat. Won’t eat here again. Won’t taco ended.

Their website says Florida-inspired cuisine(i.e. tropical flavors), but they may also take influences from around the Gulf of Mexico, such as hushpuppies(Southern cuisine). The cart still even has their Florida license plate. Pandas eat dessert first, so I ordered a slice of Key Lime Pie($ 4). Cart-made recipe coming from Key West. Very well made, thinner crust which just leaves more room for the good stuff. If you’re feeling gluttonous, or want to share this with others, a whole pie is $ 20. Blacked Shrimp Double Decker Tacos($ 9 for two) were next. Soft flour tortilla on the outside and a hard-shell taco on the inside, separated by a layer of mango guacamole. About 4 – 5 shrimp per taco. topped with tropical salsa and pineapple-pepper crema. Intense tropical flavors here, and it all works here. A little bit of enjoyable spice, too. They also just started doing fish tacos, which I will likely devour on my next visit. Solid food cart at the new Happy Valley Station pod!

Absolutely delicious tacos with pineapple salsa. Also, their hush puppies with dipping sauce are great! I am sure everything on the menu is excellent. I love to support local businesses like this one. Gotta Love Gulf Bites!
