I called in today to ask about repairing a sofa bed. Before I could finish my sentence, the woman quickly retorted that they would only service lazy boy furniture. That I get, but she was short and rude about it. We may be needing a new sofa and will not be going to this store, ever!

We ordered the William sofa and loveseat from La-​Z-​Boy.
OH. MY. GOSH!!! It is ahhhhhhhmazing. It’s truly beautiful workmanship and the most comfortable couch I have ever sat on. It’s as gorgeous as the photos, maybe a smidge darker. I feel so special to get to have them in my home. You will not be disappointed. We love our new furniture. Plus, the staff at the Clackamas, OR store are wonderful. Go see them and buy from them. They will take very good care of you.
