Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I completely agree with the other post if I could give negative starsI would. I came in to buy 1 gallon of paint. After talking with the store manager, he convinced me that the Sherman Williams paint called Emerald was just as good if not better then Benjamin Moore. So I bought an additional 2 gallons and they matchedthe Benjamin Moore color. Upon getting home I began painting with the original color I came to purchase. This paint has only covered one 10 foot wall and ive used the entire gallon. The store manager suggested I might be able to paint the entire room with 1 gallon because of how good the paint is. I was so frustrated now knowing I will have to buy an additional 3 gallons to paint this one room that I attempted to return the additional 2 gallons that I bought. I was greeted by a sales rep who I believe her name was sky and he was rude and argumentative. I now have to return to the store a different day and speak with the store manager in hopes of getting a refund. Do not go to this location

If I could put negative stars in, I would give it to this location. This is the result of extremely poor customer service from an employee who is busy and doesn’t want to take the time to explain anything to a customer. This, after I had called the store ahead of time to order a gallon of paint and had given my paint color to the person on the phone, who never bothered to check that was a color that they were even aware of, and then to have a second employee make me feel like a total idiot in the store because, despite the person on the phone who acted like he knew what I was talking about, apparently I should have been aware of this. How was I to know, as a non paint expert, that the color was not Sherwin Williams? Shouldn’t the person on the phone had said that? And then to have the employee in the store get so angry and rude to their customer, it just shows a complete lack of customer service. I will not be using the store location again.
