Great location and great customer service.
Brian helped me get everything I wanted in a storage space.
Had to wait a few days for the right unit to vacate…
but he called me the second it became available.

The staff has always been kind and helpful. The prices are reasonable and they have a number of different size units. We have switched to other units as our size needs have changed and they make it easy.

We needed to get a storage unit overnight, were able to reserve and pay for one online and go in the next day to check it out. We actually needed a larger one and were able to upgrade to that with Brian’s and his young assistant’s help. They were both exceptionally polite, helpful and accommodating.
The units were clean, secure and easily accessible as was the restroom.
Have used Public Storage several times over the past 15 years and found the managers at this facility the most pleasant, customer oriented and helpful if all the PS facilities I’ve used. Would definite use this one again when storage is needed.

This is one of the cleanest and secured lots in the city where we can park our travel trailer. We have been parking ours here for a couple years and is confident that it is looked after. We took it out for a couple of long weekends this past summer. They called us a few times to make sure we had the camper. This level service and security can’t be beat! Highly recommend this location.

Brian was great! I looked at another complex nearby before choosing Public Storage and just felt uncomfortable. The unit I originally came to look at ended up being smaller than my needs required and Brian was able to show me another unit that ended up being perfect! I appreciate that he knows his property well and feel safe leaving my belongings with Public Storage!

Easy to work with, informative and very helpful. I moved to Portland not knowing where I could put my trailer without paying exorbitant sums as we were locating into the city. The manager and staff were very helpful as I made my way cross country checking in on my various options and set up a flexible time for me to arrive without me paying extra (others were less informative, flexible and more expensive). Overall, four months later, things are working it fine with an easy in/​out spot and stable pricing. If that ever changes, it’s easy for me to move a trailer somewhere else same day and I’ll change my review while I’m leaving. :P
Meanwhile, I highly recommend this PS. Enjoy!

The experience keeps getting worse. Every month, they charge me $ 6 more than my contract, and I have to call and point out their mistake. Every month is the following:
1) they send out a notice ahead of time telling me they are going to bill me the incorrect amount,
2) I call them, they say they will adjust it,
3) then bill me the incorrect amount without the corrected adjustment.
This place is an absolute scam.
