We used Rose Shuttle for a 4 a.m. trip from Felida to PDX and the driver was on time nearly to the minute as promised. The driver was also very attentive to traffic, courteous to other drivers (even though it was 4 a.m.) and above all, very safe in traffic. Rose Shuttle did a very nice job for us and we would not hesitate to utilize them again in the future.

I used them for a recent international trip. Was picked up on time for departure. Driver was helpful with my bags and got us to the airport in no-time on a busy Friday afternoon. On the return flight I was about an hour and a half later than expected and they were unable to reach me since I lost my phone on my trip. I went to the taxi stand after clearing customs and Rose Shuttle had prearranged another provider drive me home. I was able to give this other company the pre written check I had for Rose Shuttle and it was no trouble at all. I will for sure use them again.

I used their service back in March and was very satisfied. They came on time, the driver was courteous, the car was very clean, and their rates were lower than anyone else– and you don’t even have to share a van with other people!

We had reservations w/Rose Shuttle for pick up @ PDX, upon our return from vacation. They requested the flight information, and made the reservation. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances our flight was a little delayed. When we arrived, there was no one to pick us up, and when we called their response was «take a taxi», and leaving my pregnant wife, 5 year old, 3 year old, myself and a stack of luggage as tall as me standing on the curb @ midnight with no ride home. After significant searching to find a taxi that could accommodate us all plus the load, and having to pay twice the fare, we finally made it home around 1:30 am. I swear on my grave I will never again patronize this business, and will go out of my way to warn others of their shoddy, irresponsible, and unethical, business practices.
So this is it, do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague.
