I am totally impressed with the service from these guys. I have had them out twice, once in the French Quarter for a Scotsman Ice Machine and once today uptown for a Subzero refrigerator problem. Very professional. What impressed me most was that he had the part with him for a 10 year old refrigerator. Fixed it right on the first call. None of this we will order the part and be back in a week and charge you for another call. I would highly recommend these guys.

I feel like I have died and gone to heaven! Finding WHO to call when something breaks is more than half the battle at my house. So happened to have found these guys! They fixed my subzero fridge within one visit! First time that has ever happened! Bye Bye who I used to call (Solar) and Hello Crescent! Happy! Happy!

I have used these guys (they are brothers) for 15 years at least and they are fantastic. I have had emergencies, like one time the washing machine was overflowing and wouldnt stop, and they helped me immedieatly even tho they were in the middle of another job. Also, I was having my refrigerator/​freezers serviced once a year and he kept trying to show me how to do it myself to save me money, obviously at his own expense. I can go on and on the things they have helped me with, and as a matter of fact, I can across the earlier negative review because I was Googling their phone number to call them about the timer on my washer. The other review had a problem with the $ 90 charge, but I have found that is a fairly typical minimum charge for any in-​house service call from all kinds of service companies.
