I love the drive thru everyone says It’s always packed but every time I go it’s actually slow lol any ways good service never actually sat outside tho it’s not very nice

I love mochas and every time I come to this location 1 ½ years?) they cannot seem to make it right. I come here out of sheer convenience because it’s the closest drive-thru and I’ve got my kiddos in the car. I know it seems petty to complain about a drink but when I’m paying almost $ 4 for my coffee, I expect it to taste good. I’ve thought about having them remake it but I’m always out of the drive thru by then(and I don’t want any unsolicited saliva in my new drink).

I won’t come back to this location again. Yesterday we went through drive thru and the girl taking our order was so rude. I wish I had her name to point her out but she was the Asian girl(don’t mean to sound racist). I would place the order and then she repeated the wrong order back to me and when I corrected her she made me feel like such an idiot when it wasn’t even my mistake. Her tone was so condescending and unfriendly. I felt terrible after, like what did I do to deserve this. Never again. And this is the one closest to my house but I will now go to a different one even if it’s farther. She ruined this place for me.

Drink was alright, most Starbucks have the same decent quality, but the thing that made this location stand out was the rude staff. Person taking order’s at drive through was a nightmare. I asked for an iced espresso with milk, and the asian girl taking order’s misunderstood me and responded in a condescending and sarcastic way, «you want iced espresso with no ice, that makes no sense,» which is clearly not what i had said. She was essentially belittling me and making me feel like an incompetent idiot for something that she had misunderstood. Her attitude completely through me off and was completely uncalled for. Not sure what the manager’s are doing over there, but if they do not recognize this sort of behavior at their establishment, they obviously do not care for the future of their business. 1 star is definitely a spot on rating for this location.

They always get my drink right here. Staff is friendly and upbeat and always make my day. :) Waiting in the drive thru is to be expected. It’s a small location and on busy mornings when everyone is in a hurry for work and school obviously it’s going to get a little crowded. Nonetheless, staff work efficiently and never take more than a couple minutes to get drinks out to each customer in the drive thru. Maybe the line would go faster if you knew what you were ordering and didn’t take so long doing so :)

If you want to be late to work this is the place to come. This Starbucks needs to do something about the drivethru coming in from both sides. I’ve seen people getting in arguments yelling at one another claiming they stepped into the parking lot before one another… Its really hard to see this when both cars are entering from both sides and sometimes its really hard to see who came first. I also had some voices raised last week when this women kept saying she entered first even when I saw her pull in. Drivethru line is so loooooooooooooooooong and sometimes not even moving. out of all the employees here just couple do their job right. others are just there to kill time…

From what I have experienced, usually Starbucks drive thru locations do not have the best drinks(just because they are so busy). My drinks have always been consistent and well made at this location. I just wish the drive thru line was a little more structured. People come in from two different directions and I can never tell if its my turn to go and don’t want to accidentally cut someone off: S

Last week I stopped by at this Starbucks and they got my order wrong. I couldn’t do anything about it, I ordered through drive thru. I didn’t bother parking and asking them to remake it nor writing a review because I sympathized that it was a busy Monday morning. Second time around, I made sure to park and order from the window. The wait wasn’t long and I got my drink in less than 5 minutes. They made my drink wrong again. I asked them to remake it, same thing wrong drink! To say the least, I’m not happy. The manager had a groggy look in her face that came with a matching tone of voice. Bad customer service, bad service, bad stock of supplies and bad coffee.

I go thru the drive thru daily at this starbucks! I usually don’t have a problem with the service I receive but the last few times I have gone, some really weird and uncomfortable things have happend. Last week I went thru the drive thru to get my 2 daughters kids hot chocolate and the person that helped me seemed to be very nice BUT after I ordered the 2 drinks he continued to ask me atleast 4 times«if I was sure I didn’t want anything else? „and I replied no, thank you. As I drove up to the window to pay I decided i might as well get myself a camel machiatto since he kinda convinced me and he seemed normal at the time. Anyways, I get to the window and as I am asking him to add another drink(remember he was very pushy when I ordered my kids drinks and asked me several times to order myself a drink) He suddenly looks up at me as he says very awkardly and very bothered“ next time you decide to add a drink you’ll have to go thru the drive thru again!» And I was dumbfounded!!! Because he was the one who convinced me to add another drink. Anyways he was rude and very odd. I felt very weird bc he had a very stern attitude and treated me like I did something wrong. This starbucks is horrible and the employees that work there are too!

This place has a drive thru which is great if you don’t feel like going inside. This location was prompt and quick with my order. The downside to this location was that they were unfamiliar with secret menu items and how to make them. Usually Starbucks baristas know and are familiar with secret menu items. Otherwise they have everything you’d expect from any other Starbucks. Their grilled cheese sandwich is pretty delicious. If you’re in the South Bay and want a drive thru Starbucks you have this location.

This Starbucks delivers Very slow service! Prepare to wait 15 to 20 minutes for a single drink if you use the walk up window on a Monday morning. I was late to work today, thanks. I watched the barista make my tall green tea latte THREE times in a row. the one she finally served to me tasted like $h!t. & I ordered the Last bacon Gouda sandwich they had in stock. Ridiculous.

Whenever I come here I have a wonderful experience. I only use the drive thru. And it only takes me lime 5 minutes every time. The service is great and they don’t waste your time. If you’re going to ask a million questions go inside and drive the baristas crazy. Not in the drive thru buddy!!! Anyways, love this spot.

I’ve only been here a couple of times, and I believe you cannot go sit inside and have a nice time like the others. The drive thru is pretty quick that is something that I love, who doesn’t. The customer service is pretty great too.

This is a drive thru or walk up only Starbucks. There’s no cozy sofas or places to plug in. The place used to be a Rally burger, and Starbucks worked around the old structure, and kept the drive thru intact. The service is quite fast, since there’s rarely a line for walk ups. You need to tell the staff you have a reusable cup to get the 10c discount, and you have to be specific the type of milk, sweetener, etc you want. By the time you pull up to the cashier, your drink should be complete, and a label with a print out of your order is attached.
