Hands down the best Italian food I have ever had!!! And I’m a major foodie. This place is a must try I went yesterday and I plan on going again today that’s how good it is. Everything is super authentic and you can taste it! The chef is straight from Italy I just wish I had tried this place sooner! I don’t even care about my diet when it comes to this place. I’m recommending it to everyone I know in this area

Local Harker Heights Italian restaurant, affordable and quiet, extremely unpretentious. My wife and I have been a couple of times for dinner and it has never been crowded. The service is quick, however, their knowledge of the menu is somewhat limited (for example, the waitress on our second trip couldn’t name the types of dressing they stocked or what certain times of sauces were [but she could have been new]). Otherwise the food is tasty and cheap, a great local option, for those wishing to support local businesses.

I love this place friendly people food is always good. I try something new every time and I’m never disappointed. The wife always sticks with chicken Alfredo or shrimp and loves it. Great place!

Well had high hopes but the food and the service was questionable. Started out great … Then more than one person showed up. The meal was very greasy and masala like we have never had before and I don’t mean in a good way. Olive garden might be your better choice. And that makes me super sad :(

This place is awesome, very clean and nice location, super friendly staff and amazing food! The mozzarella sticks are great, the cheese taste fresh and the marinara sauce that comes with it it’s delicious. The shrimp primavera, I think it was called, was outstandingly creamy. It came with like 5 good shrimps, big enough to take two bites out of each one. Super pleased with this place, definitely coming back and recommending it to everyone.

Trust me when I say I didn’t know what to expect. From the outside, this looked like a place for semi-​formal attire but it was nothing like that. Feel free to rock on that casual. The food was pretty good but there was an ingredient or spice that really overpowered the taste of my item. Customer service is good & the low lighting really gives it that chill mood. This wasn’t a bad experience but I would try it again one day.

I did not enjoy myself here… The food was not that great! Besides that the place was empty when we got there and my food still took a long time. I ordered the bread with the G.O.B. dip and it still took 15 min to get to us. The calamari was rubbery and could tell it was frozen… not a good experience!!!

Best Italian food ever. Very tasty, delicious, fresh, everything made by the order. The staff was very friendly. This is why I’m giving this place 5 star. I will recommend to anyone to try the food at Luigis.

The restaurant was empty when we went there, and for good reason. I’m by no means a snob about Italian food, but even though it was empty it was still slow, and the food was overcooked. Tasted like it had been cooked earlier and reheated. Just a bad experience and way overpriced for what you get.

I ate here for the first time tonight and really enjoyed the service and the food. Our waitress was very attentive and the owner also made sure we were taken care of. We also noticed how clean the restaurant was. A very nice staff with great food!

They tried really hard but missed the mark. A friend had told me good things about the food but we were disappointed. My son ordered the children’s fettuccini Alfredo and asked for shrimp on top. We were charged an extra $ 5 for 4 rubbery shrimp. My shrimp florentine was swimming in sauce. The sauce had great flavor but I would have preferred a little pasta with the sauce :) the restaurant seemed slow for a Saturday night which may be why our waiter spent a good 15 minutes staring at us from behind another table. This place has potential but it needs to be cleaned up (dirty napkins piled in a corner by the table) and attention paid to detail.

My fiancé’s eggplant was great. It tasted so fresh and flavorful, best we’ve had in a long time. I had the baked ziti, it was delicious. They used traditional ingredients and I felt like I was back in Italy. I’m an Italian and this is my new place to go. Love the atmosphere, the staff is friendly, great food. 5 stars!

Wonderful service after you get past the almost creepy entrance. Once in, you think this is the hideout I’ve been looking for to gorge on some outstanding Italian food. Your gym buddies will act as if you don’t exist in this magical place. I had the Shrimp Alfredo and fried Calamari, both pure heaven. 1:04 pm on a Saturday.

This was the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. The lasagna was luke warm at best and the pasta dish was drowned in so much sauce a straw could’ve been used. When informing mgmt about the disappointing experience his response was basically it’s always that bad! Thanks for the honesty.

APPALLING. Avoid /​don’t waste your energy or money on this badly run rip-​off.
Ordered Chicken Pasta.
Chicken was refrigerated left over; dry and stale.
Pasta over cooked and sauce packaged
Food was mircro-​waved and served without seasoning.
Service appalling; unfriendly and arrogant. Reminded me of a Snobby European Café.
Slow, nasty tap water. Server was a ghost.
We just cut our losses and will never return.
