Quoted from a good friend on their recent nightmare with this company: «0 Stars! I would NOT recommend Shannon Perry (Perry Floors of Killeen/Harker Heights) to do any work. We hired him to install new wood floors. He required one half of the bid amount up-front and then failed to honor written contract amount, failed to supervise or inspect installation work, failed to complete the work satisfactorily, failed to return 20+ calls/texts/emails to discuss the job and damages done, refused to honor the one-year warranty, and refused to pay the installer the amount quoted to do our work.»
