Acadia Bar & Grill

OK SO THIS IS MY FAVORITE BAR IN THE WHOLE OF HOUSTON.
The bands that play here are pretty great, and the beer’s pretty good (:
They have a great memory for people and their drinks. Lisa is a total sweetheart, and I love Jeremy and Mandy! Best bartenders around for miles. :D
So basically all around 500 stars.

It’s a dive. And if you like dives and live music, not a bad place at all. Cheap drinks and a mellow vibe when there is no band. Nothing spectacular. But not a bad place to have a few cheap drinks and an inexpensive good time.

Been going here for 30 years. I give it 5 stars because I like what the owner is doing to bring in talented bands.
Seems they got rid of the bartender I didn’t like. Drinks are back to being great.
This is a solid bar where everyone knows your name.

Very hot place for rock and metal! I have been to many shows here and have had a great time every time. The staff is really cool. Even open mic night is hoppin’ on Thursday nights! Wednesday night shows are pretty badass too! Drink specials aren’t too bad neither. Bottom line: if you’re looking for a great place to have a wonderful time, come here!

The hottest spot for Rock n Roll!!! It’s a comfortable, fun and safe place to chill out with good friends or make some new ones. Your local cheers bar with ice cold beer and great drinks. Feels like family when you come through the door !

This place is awesome! Not only is the management great but they have awesome service and the best performers!

You got yourself a pretty good place for rocking out. Great place for live music. Specifically hard rock, alternative cover bands, add some southern rock bands. The cover is reasonable and there are lots of local talent that get to play a few sets here regularly. I am not fan of covers but in this case the quality of bands does meet the reasonableness test for me.
Drinks are very competitively priced and people can smoke inside because this is outside the City of Houston limits. It will get slightly smokey later in the evening. There is a nice large deck off to the side of the building to hang out and chill out on. The food is average but honestly with smoking inside I’m not really a fan of mixing my eating time with cigarette smoke so I don’t really eat here. I am a simple person with beer and/​or Jack & Coke on my mind so as far as slinging drinks that is as far as I can go with it.
The owners are pretty cool and are there often. They lived in Vegas before and had lots of experience working at the House of Blues there before staking their own claim in the industry.
