Two employees who can’t keep the line moving. The guy behind me was losing his mind with impatience. A woman in front of me had to ask for her $ back because she couldn’t wait any longer. Truly disappointing.

I knew what to expect from the coffee and donut, of course, but otherwise the service was speedy, the employees were friendly, and the facilities were clean.
It’s also in a convenient location on 2^nd St., so I’ll be going here frequently.

Ok well, management and the employees have been steady for a while now and it shows. Of course, I go there on a daily basis, but it’s nice to see the same faces there everytime. They seem to have their responsibilities down to a science now and work like clockwork even during busy times. Even if there is a long line (sometimes it will be close to being out the door), they usually run through it pretty quickly unless someone is ordering for their whole office. I usually get free coffee on Fridays from the Dunkin frequent card thing, and even if I don’t have one they usually give it to me anyway. Service even comes with a smile now! What a change.

This is the first Dunkin Donuts that I have ever been to. I’m a West Coaster, and we don’t have any chains beyond Krispy Kreme (Who makes terrible donuts).
Service here was great and Donuts and Coffee were great! This is not usually my ideal breakfast, but I didn’t have too many options this particular day. It suited what i needed to and confirmed that America does indeed run on Dunkin!
