I have no complaints about this place. I always come in, and get what I ordered in a swift fashion. the woman behind the counter knows me and she is very friendly. my order has never been messed up here. I’m not sure what the others are saying. however my service has always been exceptional. especially during this $ 0.99 promotion.

I love the people here in this store there coffee is one of the best from the DD in the area they always have a smile and are so nice best part they are local to a lot of other stuff too

Do not visit this store if you wish to redeem your DD perks coupons. Man behind the counter, who I assume is the owner, would not accept my free beverage of any kind coupon. Even after he read it aloud and stated «of any size» he told me the coupon is only good for a medium (which it states nowhere). No luck in reminding him of the recent email from Dunkin to all customers stating free beverage coupons are now good on any size. When I told him I would prefer to use the coupon at another location then he simply walked away into a back room. Not saying the customer is always right, but it was right there in print!

I have to agree that this is not one of DD’s finer locations. If you need a dozen donuts… they’re fine for that, although their selection isn’t great. Watch the employees to make sure they’re putting the donuts you specified in your box if you really care about that, because all of the employees I’ve met aren’t great with their English and sometimes they miss part or all of what you said.
I’ve had ice cream there that tasted freezer-​burned, I’m guessing because most people don’t come here for the ice cream, which is too bad. I’ve never gotten coffee at this location, but I’d bet David P. is right on in his description.

Not one of DD’s finer locations. Situated along a long strip of strip malls and big box chains.
I recently read how DD did better in blind coffee taste tests. Decided I needed to try for myself. They asked if I wanted cream. I said «yes» and they seemed to fill up 1⁄3 of the cup with heavy cream. (I would have been fine with a splash of low fat milk.) I responded Splenda in response to if I wanted sugar and the reaction was — yeah, go deal with that yourself. So here I am with piping hot coffee with thick cream in a cup which isn’t very easy to sip from in the car. I ended up just dumping it off and driving off.
