Dunkin’ Donuts

The new ownership that took over this shop has turned things around. Service has improved 100%

I am not someone to complain about drive thru service. However, today, I had a bad experience. I ordered an iced coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. After leaving the drive thru, I realized they did not give me a straw for my drink nor did they put cream cheese on my bagel. They did give me a container of cream cheese, but no knife. Clearly I am driving, so how am I supposed to put the cream cheese on my bagel? Please be more cognizant of the fact that many people in your drive thru are coming through on their way to work or traveling as this is a heavy travel area and they cannot do your job for you — that’s why you are paid to do it.

Smoothies and breakfast items. I also like the donuts too. The ones with coconut are my favorites.

Okay I am an iced coffee addict. I must have one each day and when I lived in San Antonio it was either Dunkin or Starbucks. whichever had the shortest line at drive thru that morning.
As a mom I use the old trick of bribery to get my kids to do what I want them to, icecream works each and every time. even during the frikkin freezing winter.
Anyways. we used to live right down the street from this location. They have the basic flavors of icecream, not what you would expect from a place that traditionally has. oh I don’t know 31 flavors! Now on to the coffee. horrible unless you like it super strong and with a weird after taste.
When I don’t have time for Starbucks I have resorted to going to McDonalds. yes it is that bad.
Donuts. I have gotten donuts from them 2 times. They were average, the ones from Weis are better and cheaper.
Drive-​thru. Completely pointless at this location. They cannot understand me, I cannot understand them. after an awkward silence they tell me to drive up or they just make up an order for me. which is never a good idea. ** side note, my family is ½ latin and ½ russian so accents are something I am used to… it is their horrible communications device that they have hanging from their giganta board.
Unless you want a minimal selection of icecream, coffee that tastes like it was made a week ago, or overpriced donuts. go somewhere else.
On the plus side. the staff are very friendly. unlike McDonalds where they take it out me that they work there.
