I’m a premier Starwood member & was put in a room extremely close to the nearby Interstate highway. The noise was loud & constant. Not sure if there are rooms in a quieter location in the hotel but do ask when you check in. Also construction was underway in the hotel lobby & needed to walk through the kitchen service area to get to the breakfast spot.

Disappointing. even for under $ 100 a night. The beds are OK, but the place is pretty mediocre and downright ugly. Plus the free wifi is very very slow.

It has been awhile since I have been on this thing mainly because I am a conservative Unilocaler :) On my recent surprise getaway to PA I stayed at this hotel. It has been awhile since I’ve stayed at a hotel with a genuine staff. They were very kind and very helpful. The gentlemen at the front desk(Brandon) and the gentleman serving breakfast(Rashad) were genuinely nice. It is very rare to experience such great service… especially in this day and age. Although I did not experience the best sleep ever… the great customer service made that bit NOTan issue. I wish that all hotels have such a kind staff such as Rashad and Brandon. Touché’ to them and keep up the great work. I hope this gets them recognition for their great work!

The problems didn’t start til waking up in the hotel the next morning. First, the sheets were terribly uncomfortable and left a sheet-burn(not sure of the technical term) on both mine and my boyfriend’s arms and legs. Our breakfast(which was supposed to be the hot breakfast but they didn’t have that on our file) consisted of a yogurt cup and a dry cheese danish, and there were no cups for the free coffee they had. Then, my boyfriend went to the check in desk to confirm our late check-out at 4 pm and they had no record of it on file, even though the person my guy spoke with said it wasn’t a problem. Also, we ordered room service the night before and when we left our room in the morning, the tray with the dirty plates was still outside our door, more than 12 hours later. Thank goodness there’s a Waffle House down the road so we could get a good breakfast! We will not be returning to this hotel.

I had to come back and say that this hotel has a truly terrible breakfast. They could have done MUCH better than a bowl of unripe, browned oranges, some bagels, oatmeal packets, and tea/coffee. One might say that you can’t complain since it’s free, but I would have rather been prepared to have to go out and find substantial food elsewhere. Also, we realized the view from the rest of the rooms that didn’t face the pool face into the lobby. That’s just strange. Our poolside view meant that our room was always dark, with basically no natural light coming in. That disrupted my sleep patterns.
