This is what my 10 year old says about Pizza 2000: Hungry?Lets go to Pizza 2000. I absolutely LOVE Pizza 2000! Orders come so briskly and food tastes delicious! I have tried plenty of other restaurants and love Pizza 2000 the BEST! The people there always give a friendly«Hello».Sometimes when I am waiting pretty long, the people talk to you until, and before you know it they are there to take your order. Another thing that I LOVE about it is that they are very clean. After making an order they always wipe/wash their hands. I have had many Birthday Parties here and it has always gone well. Most of my friend’s love it here too. I can always rely on this place. When I am hungry«Mom Dad, I want to go to Pizza 2000.» I always leave with a full belly. I would love to recommend this place to all you Pizza lovers!!!

Good pizzas, pasta, and salads. Clean bathroom and interior. Tables are roomy, and the big windows are nice and clean. Overall the pizzeria feels nice and spacious, and you can eat and talk leisurely. Wish I could go more often.

Cold and soggy food, late delivery, rude employees. I placed an order from them on seamless, took over an hour to get here. I finally called them after 1 hour and 20 minutes and they said they already delivered. Turned out they left it at the security desk in my building and called the wrong number to let me know they were here. I gave the right number on seamless, but someone who worked there wrote down the wrong number for the delivery guy. When I called them about this they were rude and would not own up to their mistake or give me my money back. And the food I got was cold, soggy, and bland, threw it all out after a few bites.

The portions are great! I ordered Chicken Milanese and I started to laugh after I saw how big the meal was. Strongly recommended in hungry situations!

I had a half of eggplant sandwich and a side of linguine, With marinara sauce. I am not exaggerated the marinara sauce tasted like Chef Boyardee an eggplant was terrible always lot of gum underneath the tables as well. very disappointed

No pizza is worth waiting 1.5 hours for! And when I call to ask why it was late, the response should not be «Everyone’s food was late tonight!»

I thought the name was hilarious, so I decided to give it a shot. On the inside, it looks much more serious and impressive, but after eating the pizza I was highly disappointed. Nothing had much seasoning or flavor, and even the more interesting-looking pies were either dry or bland. My hunger won out over my taste, and I still ate it, but I will DEFINITELY not be coming back.

After a long day of travel from many different directions, we decided that the best way to feed a group of adults and kids would be to order pizza. For 9 adults and 3 kids, the restaurant recommended 5 L pizzas, and we found that we had plenty of leftovers with 4XL pizzas and 3 salads. Online pizza delivery was easy(with a 10% discount for my first order once I registered) and food arrived within 45 minutes after we ordered at 5:45pm on a Friday. The food is not inexpensive, but we liked the what we got. The crowd favorite was the extra-thin Sicilian crust Eggplant and Roasted Peppers Grandma pizza, and the Cheese + Pepperoni, Veggie, and White pizzas were pretty standard. We loved the Goat Cheese and Cobb salads, but there was less enthusiasm for the Walnut salad.

The best place in Harrison for casual Italian cuisine and is very kids friendly. The service is also good and wait staff is always on hand to help. The menu is decent but best item on the list is their linguini and clams, both white and red sauces are good.

Hate to have to write this review but people gotta know the updates and truth about this place. I lived in Harrison for 10 years and this place at first used to be this little tiny pizzeria where not many people would go– But then realty dreams happened and a great location opened up for them in Harrison and they moved. They’ve been at the new location for about…6(?) years, and since they moved, they were the ‘it’ place for birthdays, casual fine dinning, and just flat out good meals. Pizza was good, pasta was amazing, and everything else was fine. Nothing to complain about. But lately a coworker and I have been getting orders for pick up while at work, I have been picking up as well as dining in, and the quality has really gone down. Not only in food but in quality control, their over-the-phone customer service when placing an order is terrifying, this rude guy always picks up the phone and you can’t even ask questions about anything because he’ll rush you so much! It’s really so uncomfortable and I don’t even wanna make a phone order ever again! I used to get this one pasta dish all the time, because it USED to be unbelievable. I used to get Fettuccini Caprice– this pasta dish with grilled chicken, Gorgonzola and sausage with a ‘penne a la vodka’ type of sauce– DELICIOUS. But lately it doesn’t taste the same. None of their plates taste the same. And they’ve also gotten ruder and ruder. I hope they read this and make some serious changes, but until then, I won’t be coming back.

I’ve been back three times recently, after 4 years of not ordering from here. I’ve stuck with the pizza, I’ve had three different slices; margherita, chicken parm, and sicilian. All three were actually really good. I still won’t risk ordering anything else besides the pizza, but my perception of the place has improved.

They’ve gotten really expensive over the last few years and their food isn’t as good as it used to be before they moved into their new fancy restaurant. They used to be cool and had great service years ago. Now they tend to care about the locals and not the outsider customers. There’s a bunch of pizza places in the area next time I’ll skip this one. I spent $ 60 and got mediocre food

Wow, today there was plastic in the penne a la vodka. In the sauce diced up like pieces of shredded cheese. I brought it up and the owner shuns it off like it was a piece of cheese. Then I found Another piece in the food and A puts it in her mouth and says it was plastic. Of course they took it back and asked if I wanted something else but who would want something else after finding that in the SAUCE? Seems like stuff in the food is the trend based on previous reviews.

What a shame that I cannot give this place a zero, but in reality it is not so much the place, but rather the owner! I went there with my kids and I found 2 hairs in TWO different pizzas! The first one was clearly an animal hair and when I showed it to the waiter he said ‘oh s*it’ and he was nice enough to apologize and prepare me another pie. Then, when the second pizza came, it had a HUMAN hair! I complained to the same guy and the owner comes out and accuses ME of planting the hair there myself! I, flabbergasted asked him: «are you implying I put it there»?? He looked at me and said ‘It couldn’t have happened in the kitchen, the hair would’ve shriveled in the oven’… I thought-unless it happened AFTER it was cooked you numb nuts-but I was telling the truth and everyone saw the hair, so he couldn’t deny it! He did not know what to say but he basically shooed me out of the place. He wanted me out before anyone else could hear what was happening. I left feeling humiliated and embarassed. After I left I felt worse because I should’ve standed on the table and screamed out that there was ‘a hair’ infestation in that place. What a stupid fool! The owner has a super BAD attitude… it will cost him in the long run!

Solid local pizza place & restaurant. Have been going here for for years and can’t ever think of a bad experience. It all starts with the service. The owner, John, is always around and eager to greet you or even sit down next to you and chit chat for a few. The staff are all very helpful and efficient at their job. The food is quality as well. They have tons of pizzas from which you can grab a slice or you can, of course, order a whole pie if you have enough companions with you. I’ve had several of their wraps & pizza rolls and Greek salad with chicken and they have always been top notch and well assembled. Order one of the soups and they’ll gladly offer you warm, crusty bread to accompany it. Plenty of beverages from which you can choose as well. To boot, the restaurant and all facilities are well maintained and clean. I have eaten a few very late lunches and witnessed the staff do a thorough cleaning mid-day(and not just at the end of the night). They also have several flat screens throughout, in case you want to watch something while you wait or dine. A party room in the back is available for larger groups or any events you want to hold there. Great place for anyone and they are super friendly toward and popular with kids. If you like selection, cleanliness, friendliness, and fair prices, give Pizza2000 a try. If there is a demerit to give it’s that delivery sometimes takes a little long(because they are extremely busy and popular in the area) so don’t be shocked if hot food you order isn’t super hot by the time it reaches you. Then again, it’s likely not just Pizza2000 that has this challenge.

Food: There was a quiet a variety of food, but was slightly above average, but the thing that turned me off was the price in relation of the portion sizes. Beside the pizza, and wings, I ordered a Sauteed Broc Rabe, I ordered a large thinking it would be a decent amount. but what they gave me what looked like a small in my opinion. Pizza has gotten better, but in my opinion it does not live up to all the hype it has all over town. Wings were actually pretty good, better than I thought, it had a spicy taste to it, and the breading was nice and crisp. Overall, the food would be 6.5÷10 Customer Service– I did not come in on a busy day, but I would say the customer service would be above average, something you would experience in a typical restaurant. 7⁄10 Overall, my experience was average. I would eat there again if I was hungry. Would I recommend Pizza 2000 to a friend? maybe.

I was in the area and opted to give this a try. I got the chicken Parm sandwich, posted a picture. It was good. I needed extra sauce as it was a bit dry for my liking. The service was just okay. Given there were not a lot of people here I would have expected better or more attentive service. Overall, I might come back if I were in the area again but wouldn’t go out of my way.

Love these guys! Huge selection of pizza, calzones, pizza rolls, wings, subs, wraps, salads, etc. On a recent multi-week stayover in NY, I’ve eaten here at least half a dozen times. Food was hot, fresh and delicious every time. We’re not talking gourmet Italian here, but definitely down-home solid tasty fixings. Pizza is pizza is pizza, but these guys are on top of their game. Favorites? The grandma pizza. Spinach calzone. Steak and cheese pizza. Cobb salad. And Carlos. He’s the bomb. The rest of the staff is professional and friendly, too. This place is busy on weekday nights, so plan ahead. There were a few times that I ordered online for delivery, but decided to pick up instead since delivery times were long. To me, that’s a minor nitpick. You can bet that the next time I’m back in Harrison, I’ll be chowing down here.
