This used to be one of my favorite beer and burger stops with the previous owner and I had high hopes… sadly they were dashed. Burnt burger… filthy kitchen… huge tub of dirty dishes left to sit and stink. Waitress who was also the owner tried to pull a fast one with the check too… rang up our dinners $ 1 extra each thinking we would not check the math. I really unfortunate and bad experience!

They should change their name to Poor. Horrible service when a group of 8 of us had lunch here this past Wednesday. We sat down and told the waitress we would need three separate checks. She snippily said that was against their policy but she’d do it anyway. Then she brought us glasses and a small pitcher of water. The water served about half of us but the waitress didn’t return to refill it. So I took it up to the bar for a refill, served the rest of our party, and then got another refill for those had drunk some water. When our food arrived, the waitress kind of thumped a few plates down like it was a huge inconvenience or something. The food actually wasn’t terrible — mostly just bad, bad service.

Great food and good portions and good prices! Always something going on at Kristi’s all week long. Favorite place to eat and relax in Hart.

Holland, MI
Great local bar. Great service. We had the prime rib french dip and a burger. Both were very good. Kristi bartends and keeps the atmosphere fun. Full bar.
