Poor service.
Overall, the staff seemed very unwilling to help us and acted like we were inconveniencing them.

I have purchased a number of batteries here, and numerous small lights and accessories. They are helpful and have a good supply of parts and accessories. They were also very helpful, I needed to match some paint, they came very –very close with a product that was off the shelf.

My car battery broke Monday and this was the closet place available that had the battery I needed.
I can’t say how great the service was because my BF did all the work. He went in got the tools to remove the old battery and then installed the new battery himself.
As a female who knows a little about car battery installation, I might have been lost on my own. I don’t have past experiences to compare but I was under the impression that when you purchase a new car battery the technicians help you install the battery if the purchase price is over $ 100 and a for a small fee $ 20 if the battery was under the $ 40 range? We were not offered any help.
Aside from having to install the battery ourselves I was a tad peeved that we were given the wrong battery. The clerk did take $ 5 off for that mistake. I know I would have been frustrated if I was there alone.
After I came home and checked the price, I felt I was overcharged because 1) I didn’t have a coupon and 2) the price online was 15% cheaper! So avoid my mistakes buy your batteries online. On their website the advisement states 15% off and free installation with battery purchase. Plus $ 50 off a $ 100 purchase in the future.
