I have no idea what the previous reviewer was talking about because A. my experience has been great and B. the previous review didn’t include any details, just insults. I moved from another building downtown because I was becoming downright fearful there. There were too many mismanaged issues and I found myself fearing that my heat would go out, or a pipe would burst because the building was badly maintained. You pay a premium to live downtown and while there are some more affordable options, most of the housing is «luxury»(even the last place I lived) and for the kind of money I was forking out, living in a place where I had zero confidence in the management made no sense. I am very pleased with my decision to move a few blocks to Front Street. I looked at a TON of apartments/condos and toured here twice before deciding and this really was the best fit for me in terms of convenience(I reverse commute so proximity to a highway ramp was important), style and quality. Everything has been great. Management is approachable and easy to get a hold of. My unit is lovely. I’ve been particularly impressed with the appliances which are all super quiet.(My last place had a dishwasher that sounded like a lawn mower). I moved in just before the holidays and having the concierge there to accept packages made things so, so easy. The last place I lived, advertised that they had«package acceptance service» and by that they meant you had to give them blanket permission to enter your apartment or your package would be sent back. Obviously, I never had my packages sent to my old apartment so the change at Front street is welcome. The design of the building is really thoughtful too. Having a loading dock and a service elevator to use made moving in very easy. The one thing I dislike actually has nothing to do with the building itself, it’s the construction next door which has caused the west end of Front street to be closed. It’s a little inconvenient, but it’s temporary.
Super F.

It’s a prison not a home! Don’t be fooled by the sales pitch as they tell you whatever you want to hear. The management company is clueless and downright deceitful. This is far from a luxury building by the way it is run. Looks can be deceiving.
