I’ve dealt with this business prior to them moving from Farmington Ave. for some tailoring and, although I had to call weeks later to find out my clothes were ready, I figured I’d give the new location a try to find a suit for my wedding. We met with Joey who was a nice guy and informative and he took a swatch from a color we liked and promised samples would be ready in two weeks. A month goes by and no contact. I call and am told the pieces are on the way, so I continue waiting. Another month goes by… I call and am told someone will reach back out to me shortly. Another two weeks go by… you get the point. This place is all show up front and let’s you down, like a grocery store in North Korea. I am absolutely put off by this terrible display of follow-​up and lack of basic courtesy. With their level of attention, I’d have serious concerns purchasing from them. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

We had an excellent experience with JT Ghamo for our son’s junior prom tuxedo rental. The choices were numerous and the process was speedy and flawless.

I recently had to attend a charity function at Mohegan Sun and needed a suit. The professionalism and customer service were absolutely outstanding! I loved the suit and received many compliments. I will definitely use them again in the future.
