#1, how comes every time I call PH, no one ever answers the phone? I’ve tried different days, different times, same thing. When they do finally answer, before they answer, there’s this annoying voice machine that they play over and over until someone answers. When someone actually answers, the employees always sound as if they don’t care, like they have other things to do. For example, if I’m like«I would like a large cheese pizza» they would say«that’s it»? Me: «No, and can I get pepperoni on half of it?» Them: «that’s it»? And with the dullest voice too. The crazy thing is, I used to work for Pizza Hut a couple of years ago and they never tolerated this type of customer service. They used to have mystery callers who worked for the company call and make fake orders just to see if you answered the phones correctly. What happened Pizza Hut?! #notagoodlook

Ordered a panormous the guy charges me for a personal did notice a dollar difference but I thought there may have been some carry out special. I get my pizza and I’m like this is a panormous they are usually bigger than this. He goes«no you ordered a pizza we don’t carry I gave you a dollar discount» the NERVE of him to think he gave me a discount. Isn’t that how much a personal cost. I couldn’t believe the service. I took the survey and one of the questions asked if he employee went above and beyond to take care of you? Nooooooo!!! That’s not taking care of your customers!!! He is white guy with an accent.

Was very happy that another restaurant opened in the area that we can run to on lunch break besides the three burger places. Nice to have an alternative to the other well known pizza chain. Placed my order online and was told the time to pick up. Just so happens our office decided to order on a wednesday which is 50 cent wing wednesday. So I was able to try several different type of wing flavors I other wise wouldnt order. 8 wings for $ 4.00 pretty good deal. Upon arriving you can see that this place is very new but not in the good way. New as in there is room for much improvement. Lunch time and there is one person at the front tiny desk to take orders from walk ins, answer the phone, cash out people, grab food, etc. There are plastic bags on the desk to bag your own boxes. A customer had placed an order online that included a 2 liter soda but all the store had was bottled 20 oz water and 20 oz pepsi in the fridge. Several cases so the cooler looked very empty. The kitchen is open where you can see one guy handling the pizzas. There is a flat screen on the wall that wasnt turned on. The order area can get congested but there are plenty of chairs to sit and wait. My food was pretty decent. And my co workers really liked theirs. They did forget an order of wings but that was fixed and apologized for. And I had to ask for dip for the wings as it was forgotten. As I said this place is new so I will give another try in about six months once the kinks are out.
