PNC Bank

I go to several PNC branches throughout Michigan. This one is the Worst. Horrific and I mean Horrific customer service. Especially from one particular teller. I’ve complained to corporate and they do NOTHING about it.

Pros: There was no wait, my actual teller was quite nice.
Cons: When I walked in I went straight to the deposit slip counter. I was the only client in the lobby at the time, with 2 tellers and a man standing at the teller line (manager?).
I half heard someone say something, but it was quietly and I figured it wasn’t directed at me, so I went forward with doing my thing, filling out a deposit slip when I hear: «I’m fine, thanks so much for asking! Funny you should ask!» in a sarcastic tone. At this point, I knew that the quiet speaking must have been some excuse for a greeting?
Is that any way to treat a client who has been with you since they were 16? And the fact that no one around her reprimanded such behavior? Unreal.
I left in a terrible mood, offended, and immediately went across the way to Huntington Bank to open an account. Currently in the process of moving accounts.
