I know what to expect coming to this walmart… fresh areas and grocery are never stocked appropriately. Overall store is a mess. Prefer to travel to other McHenry Walmarts. Nice cashiers though! Can’t say the same for the rest of the staff.

This place does not even deserve one star. Talk about being totally disorganized that’s what Walmart is people seem to forget that Walmart is what killed the downtown business district but what do expect from city officials that care about nothing but tax dollars and bars!

Once again, no registers open and staff/managers walking around doing nothing, the store is always filthy and I only come here when absolutely necessary HORRIBLE place!!!

What a joke of a store. No one in the vision center processes orders! Week goes by that they sat with a insurance replacement because the new manager didn’t know how to handle it? Don’t call their customers to let them know either. Store never has selection of items as others in the area. Store is always a mess with an over abundance of clearance. I only go to this store if needed. It needs MAJOR improvement.

Walmart. I love the story. Proof that capitalism works. God bless America. Having said that. This store is simply a necessary evil for the community. It provides jobs and wares. Service is crap. Checkers are obviously miserable. And in spite of having overnight stockers they are always doing resets during the day as well clogging the isles with pallets. Ridiculous. Never enough checkout lanes open. And God forbid you ask someone about something that’s not in «their» department. The blind leading the blind. Stay away unless you can’t help it. Head to the one in Woodstock instead. Well worth the drive.

Useless– or worse. We couldn’t even find a snow shovel in the winter. I’m looking forward to the day when this sleazy chain goes the way of Kmart, Sears, Penny’s, A&P. It will and what will all the small towns do then? Hopefully small businesses will find a way to return. Too bad this store built over a beautiful oak grove…

For the love of God don’t get a Prescription filled here. They can’t find it to save your soul.

It does what a Walmart does. Provide the basic items needed in everyday life at a price slightly lower than other stores. It’s a good store.

It’s Wal-Mart, a big one, cheap crap, trashy people. The checkout people are nice, only reason it got a second star.
