Great service I went to buy my teenager an iPhone 6 because her iPhone 5s did not have enough storage. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Stacie R. was very nice and professional. I read some of the other reviews and I don’t understand how my experience was so different then theirs. When the new iPhone 6s comes out I will go back to this store to get it for my daughter. I will be getting the one she got today.

If there was a way to give a rating with negative stars I would. The whole place was a zoo for the three hours I was there. I’ve purchased cars in less time than I had to be in this place. All they are worried about is selling you something that you have no clue about and making things as complicated as possible. My phone went out and instead of helping me troubleshoot the issue, which turned out to be an easy fix when a friend helped me today… needs new battery, I got shoved into making an insurance claim. Now since I felt I had no other choice than to pay $ 100 for an insurance claim to get an old model phone(when my contract is up next month) I won’t be able to return this«new» phone when it arrives(and it hasn’t even shipped yet). So annoyed but I feel like there’s nothing I can do b/c no one wants to be helpful… when I know there has to be an easier way.

WARNINGDONOTSHOPATTHISSTORE !!! DONOTSHOPATTHISLOCATION! I bought the iPhone 5s on Sat. Oct. 19. The phone was blinking and reseting so I went back to return the phone on Wed. Oct. 22. The phone was defective so the policy states that I can return the phone in 14 days… They said that they have to charge me $ 35.00 restocking fee to return the phone. They tried to charge me a fee for buying a bad product from them??? WTH! On top of that allegedly they didn’t have any phones to exchange my defective phone for but when I said that I want to cancel the contract phones magically appeared. But I still would have to pay a $ 35 restock fee. The reason they didn’t want to exchange my phone for another phone is because they are sitting on the limited stock to sell to new activations because the sales reps get more money for new activations the upgrades. I was going to take away from one of the potential new activations in turn cutting into the profits of the sales people. They wanted me to go and return it to the apple store and I just bought the phone from this store 4 days prior. If you can just deal with the apple store or another location all together. Ask the reps how they get paid and do the math on my story to see if it adds up. Example New Customers/Reps get 30 – 60 dollars Upgrade customers net 15 – 20 dollars.
