Best panda express in new orleans. My husband and I love this location, there’s always friendly faces ready to serve you. The food is always hot, and the service speedy. Definitely our weekend go to place.

I like that these guys are around — I can stop in and get some quick — somewhat healthy food. Their staff never appears to be very friendly — so they lose one star. They would have three stars but when I ask for veggies as my side item — they always cook it up right then — mostly Fresh. — I think they fulfill the expectations I have. The food is ready fast and it is somewhat Asian. — Portion size is always good!!!

I never seen a Chinese take out served this way with non Chinese non asian employees til I went came here for the first time. I like it the diversity and all! Most Chinese places where I go to dont usually have this semi formal settings. It is usually takeout style or formal sit down dinning with waiter and host restaurant. Here it is like Mcdonalds where you order and take your tray and have a seat. I really enjoyed the change from what Im used to. Only problem: man was that rice salty! I never ate salted rice in a Chinese restaurant before. Hypertensives, do not eat here!

Long line, most food pans where empty, soft drink machine is out of order. Staff was frazzled. Worst PE I have ever been to.

I thought Panda Express was the same all over the country. Usually I do not eat this stuff unless it is the only alternative to other fast foods and I am hungry. Then it does the job for me. How good things tast when you are starving! So let me see… I have been to at least a dozen of these places. This is the first to fail to deliver when I am starving. The food was all overcooked and overheated as if it had been sitting out all day. None of that crispiness. None of that sharpness or tanginess. Just warmed over blah. All three dishes I had at the drive up were like this. A couple of months later I came back and decide to walk in so I would not risk it. I am glad I did. Do not get me wrong… it was not busy at all… but the food was the same. I could see it as I looked at it. Just dribbles of this and that on the different pans. I just walked out. Who ever has this franchise is either cutting corners or does not have the business, but still they should be making an effort. Maybe they do not understand the difference. Oh… they are latinos here… maybe they all eat tacos and could care less about the food they serve… hey…no offense… I am a latina too.

If cost isn’t that big of an issue and you just want to get in and eat, this place is great. The greeting at the door was great and the girl was really nice. I actually didn’t mind what the last reviewer complained about. You get your fried rice of chow mien and then get two awesome«entrees» with it. The spicy stuff there is actually spicy and not made for your general public. It is definitely a good place to try out. When in the great Harvey area, drop by and grab something.
