Very bad customer service. Every time I order pizza I have a problem with them, the pizza isn’t good. Or they give me the wrong pizza and the delivery is too slow. I’ll never order from this place ever again.

Ordered 2 medium hand tossed, wings, pasta, breadsticks. I was there before the order was ready i ended up with 2 thin crust which were soggy and cold. nothing was warm exept for the breadsticks. Very disappointed.

Completely sick of all the pizza hut locations on the westbank! For the last month to two, we have ordered from pizza hut approximately the to four times. Every time we have ordered, we’ve ordered online. Additionally every time, something has been wrong with our order. Today, we ordered three regular pepperoni and one regular mushroom.(Not a difficult order at all.) When I received the order, the three pepperoni were cheese only. Even the receipt said cheese only. The manager, or so she claims to be the manager, claimed the website has been screwing up online orders for about two months. Then she says they notified corporate, but the problems still aren’t fixed. At this point, I’m thinking, «No problem. From now on I’ll just call in orders.» As I’m waiting for my correct pizzas to come out, another man and his wife come in. They are complaining because it’s close to 8:00pm and the pizza hut app and email on his phone said their order should be ready by 7:30pm.(I’ve worked in fast food and pizza shops before. I know orders back up and your oven can only cook do fast.) I’m thinking, «Their order should be next, right?» Another lady and her husband come in now. They stay complaining that they have paid and are still waiting on their food. They are demanding their food. At this point, I think, «Oh damn. Everyone’s order is wrong, or late, or something. What the hell?» As we are all waiting, I start talking to the man and his wife(7:30pm order). I explain to him, in casual conversation, that I ordered the three pepperoni and got cheese instead. The lady, claiming to be the manager, said, «Your messed that up Baby. Don’t try putting that sh*t on us. You didn’t order pepperoni.» I replied that I did order pepperoni and reminded her that she said the website had been screwing up orders. She didn’t apologize or anything. At this point, I’m thinking I should just get my money back and leave. However, I stay knowing I have a large group of hungry family back at home wanting their pizzas. The lady and her husband get their order. Then, the man and his wife get their order. They check to make sure their orders are correct. The man’s wife wishes me good luck in getting my correct did. I politely reply, «Thank you.» They leave. Next, my corrected order comes out. The lady claiming to be manager boxes my pizza, and then she tells another female worker, «You have to hand him his pizzas. If I do, I’m going to go off on him.» The other female employee turns, gives me my pizzas, and starts to walk away. I stop her and ask for the name of the lady claiming to be manager. She doesn’t say anything. I ask twice more. Then she writes, «Mrs. Tiffany Waston» on a piece of paper and hands it to me. I ask if that is the name of the lady claiming to be manager. She nods that it is. I think, «Is she not allowed to give it to me or is she lying? Why didn’t she just tell me?» I leave at this point. Mushroom pizza is cold. Pepperoni pizzas are warm. Everything is cut like a child did it. I’m just happy to be finally leaving with the correct food. On the way home, I call the store and ask to speak to the manager. They put a guy named Derek on the phone. I explain that when I just left, a lady claimed to be manager. Derek said he and a lady named Amanda were both the managers on shift currently. I said that I need the corporate office’s telephone number. He says that they don’t have a corporate office because they are a franchise.(I already was told that«corporate wad notified of the website issues». Now, Derek is telling me they don’t have a corporate office. What the hell?) I say that I need the regional manager’s name and telephone number then. Derek says that they are not allowed to give out that information.(How are you suppose to file a complaint or even a compliment if they«can’t give out that information»?) Needless to say, I’m not spending any money at this or any other Pizza Hut on the westbank. Every order is always wrong. No one offers to help, fix it, give a credit, or anything. I know how these things work. I am bringing this above their heads. Don’t waste your time or money here. Read the other reviews if you don’t believe me or feel that I’m the only one with issues. I’m not.

I used to actually enjoy this place’s pizza. But recently there’s been a huge dropoff in their pizza quality. I would recommend finding a different place to get your pizza, there’s a Papa John’s on Lapalco not too far from this place.

I waited 2 hours for pizza & it was cold! LSU vs Alabama & nothing to eat! I was on hold 21:04 minutes to speak with Daniel the manager! He promise to replace my pizza its 8:40pm & still no pizza! Ruin my whole LSU vs ALABAMA party! & to top it off Pizza Hut is only 2 blocks away!

Ordered a pizza for delivery last night from your store in Harvey, LA on Manhattan Blvd. ordered online and received confirmation email, PIZZANEVERCAME. I should have read the reviews on this store first and ordered papa johns instead. Apparently this franchise is a hot mess and everyone either never gets delivery or gets it two hours later. Bad business! Get your franchises in check. I’ll never order from this store EVER again.

Worst experience with any business ever. Will never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone. Was threatened by Derick the manager when I asked for a refund afte waiting 2 hours for delivery.

Derrick is the worse nighy manager every. I ordered my pizza at about 7pm. They told me 45min. I gave them and hour. They told me the drive was on his way when I called. 30 more minutes passed and still no pizza, I live not even 2min away, so I called back they said the driver brought the pizza back because there was no building number. Now I have had pizza delivered more than once and its never been and issue. I gave them my building number they told me the pizza was on its way out. Still now pizza after 30min, so I called one more time and they told me that he should have been there, I get ready to go up there and right when I walked outside he was pulling up. I just my order but 1 of my pizzas was missing. So I get in my car and drove up there, when I got there I asked to speak to the manage and thats when I spoke to Derrick, who told me that I was lying about not getting my pizza. As he was telling me this one of the other employees walked up to him and said, thats, the pizza that we messed up on half was suppose to be this and half was suppose to be that. He said no, she got it. I told him you can have the pizzas back I want a refund, so he told me I had to wait for my refund untill the other manager comes in tomorrow, so I told him you take theses pizzas back and you let them know I did not get my order, I will never order from here again. I asked for the owner number, which they told me it was a franchise and the owner never called me back after several voice mail. 3 times my order was over 2 hrs late. Just really bad business.

Not sure who owns this place, but you better check on your employees especially your manager, Derick? We ordered a pizza at 7:00 p.m. It is now 8:30 and we still don’t have a pizza. We were told twice that we would receive our pizza. I then asked to speak to the manager who told me that his driver had 5 deliveries and he the pizza should be delivered at any minute. No thank you!!! You eat the cold pizza.

Horrible delivery service. Make sure you have a back up dinner plan because you don’t know if you will ever see the pizza you ordered. They did give us a couple free pizzas for the long waits. The pizzas are usually not warm when delivered so do not order if you don’t have a microwave.
